【摘要】：商貿(mào)流通業(yè)是服務(wù)業(yè)(第三產(chǎn)業(yè))的重要組成部分。加快發(fā)展天津商貿(mào)流通業(yè)是天津?qū)嵤叭阶摺睉?zhàn)略和五大戰(zhàn)略舉措、率先基本實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的重要舉措,這對于促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展、提升天津城市形象、增強(qiáng)城市服務(wù)功能、提高人民生活水平、擴(kuò)大社會(huì)就業(yè)具有非常重要的意義和作用。 論文首先闡述了海河與天津商貿(mào)流通業(yè)產(chǎn)生發(fā)展的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而通過對國內(nèi)外濱水城市經(jīng)由沿水開發(fā)而加快商貿(mào)流通業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論與實(shí)證分析,指出了天津商貿(mào)流通業(yè)必須抓住海河開發(fā)這個(gè)千載難逢的歷史機(jī)遇加快發(fā)展;并在分析商貿(mào)流通業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀、問題、天津發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對商貿(mào)流通業(yè)的需求以及海河開發(fā)對商貿(mào)流通業(yè)帶動(dòng)作用的基礎(chǔ)上,創(chuàng)造性地提出了加快天津市商貿(mào)流通業(yè)發(fā)展的具體思路和保障措施。 在論文的研究過程中,筆者走訪了相關(guān)單位,通過訪問法、文獻(xiàn)法等社會(huì)調(diào)查方法收集了大量資料,采用了將定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,針對天津市商貿(mào)流通業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題、天津發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對商貿(mào)流通業(yè)的需求以及海河開發(fā)對商貿(mào)流通業(yè)的影響開展了廣泛、深入的研究,尋求海河開發(fā)中商貿(mào)流通業(yè)發(fā)展的理論依據(jù)和發(fā)展重點(diǎn),并提出了一套切和實(shí)際的且有可操作性的行動(dòng)方案,以期能為天津市商貿(mào)流通業(yè)的加快發(fā)展提供一些借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:Trade circulation is an important part of service industry (tertiary industry). Speeding up the development of Tianjin's trade and circulation industry is an important measure for Tianjin to implement the "three-step" strategy and five major strategic measures, and to take the lead in basically realizing modernization, which will promote economic and social development, enhance the image of Tianjin's city, and enhance the city's service function. Improving people's living standards and expanding social employment are of great significance and function. This paper first expounds the relationship between the development of Haihe River and Tianjin's trade circulation industry, and then through the domestic and foreign waterfront cities to speed up the development of commercial circulation industry through the development of waterfront related theory and empirical analysis. It is pointed out that Tianjin's trade and circulation industry must seize the once-in-a-lifetime historical opportunity to develop Haihe River, and analyze the present situation and problems of the trade circulation industry. On the basis of the demand of Tianjin's development strategy for the trade circulation industry and the driving effect of the Haihe River development on the trade circulation industry, this paper creatively puts forward the concrete ideas and guarantee measures for accelerating the development of Tianjin's trade circulation industry. In the course of the research, the author visited the relevant units, collected a lot of data through the methods of social investigation, such as visiting method, literature method and so on, and adopted the research method combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. In view of the problems existing in the development of Tianjin's trade circulation industry, the development strategy of Tianjin has carried out extensive and in-depth research on the demand for the trade circulation industry and the influence of the development of the Haihe River on the trade circulation industry. This paper seeks the theoretical basis and development emphasis of the development of commercial circulation industry in the development of Haihe River, and puts forward a set of cutting and practical and operable action plan in order to provide some reference and reference for accelerating the development of Tianjin's trade and circulation industry.
