【摘要】：小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)是一項(xiàng)綜合系統(tǒng)工程,是一項(xiàng)社會(huì)工程,是統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的重要舉措。小城鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)代商品流通建設(shè)作為農(nóng)村城市化的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容,對(duì)我國農(nóng)村發(fā)展起著十分重要而又特殊的作用。目前,中國以產(chǎn)權(quán)改革、電子商務(wù)、連鎖經(jīng)營和物流配送等為主要內(nèi)容的現(xiàn)代商品流通已全面啟動(dòng),小城鎮(zhèn)傳統(tǒng)商品流通模式應(yīng)當(dāng)盡快實(shí)現(xiàn)向現(xiàn)代商品流通模式的轉(zhuǎn)變。針對(duì)商品流通發(fā)展形勢,研究小城鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)代商品流通模式具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 論文第一部分是理論部分,首先對(duì)小城鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)代商品流通理論從流通制度、流通組織、流通業(yè)態(tài)、流通觀念等方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)論述;然后對(duì)我國農(nóng)村商品流通現(xiàn)狀及存在的主要問題進(jìn)行了分析研究:接下來,提出了現(xiàn)代商品流通模式的三種路徑選擇,并對(duì)美日兩國小城鎮(zhèn)商品流通的模式進(jìn)行了分析比較,提出我國小城鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)代商品流通可行模式。第二部分是實(shí)證部分,對(duì)順義區(qū)的商品流通現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題進(jìn)行了深入分析,綜合運(yùn)用柯布—道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù)對(duì)順義區(qū)商業(yè)增長因素和商品流通規(guī)模進(jìn)行了定量研究,研究表明順義區(qū)商品流通投入不足,應(yīng)加大投入;鑒于以上分析,提出了順義區(qū)現(xiàn)代商品流通模式和相應(yīng)發(fā)展對(duì)策措施。
[Abstract]:The construction of small towns is a comprehensive system engineering, a social engineering, and an important measure to coordinate the development of urban and rural areas. As an important part of rural urbanization, the construction of modern commodity circulation in small towns plays a very important and special role in the rural development of our country. At present, the modern commodity circulation with property right reform, electronic commerce, chain operation and logistics distribution as the main contents has been started in China. The traditional commodity circulation mode of small town should be changed to the modern commodity circulation mode as soon as possible. According to the development situation of commodity circulation, it is of great practical significance to study the modern commodity circulation mode in small towns. The first part of the thesis is the theoretical part. Firstly, the theory of modern commodity circulation in small towns is systematically discussed from the aspects of circulation system, circulation organization, circulation form, circulation concept and so on. Then it analyzes and studies the current situation and main problems of rural commodity circulation in China. Next, it puts forward three paths of modern commodity circulation mode, and analyzes and compares the patterns of commodity circulation in small towns between the United States and Japan. Put forward the feasible mode of modern commodity circulation in small towns of our country. The second part is the empirical part, the Shunyi District commodity circulation status and existing problems are analyzed, comprehensive use of Cobb-Douglas production function to Shunyi District commercial growth factors and commodity circulation scale quantitative research. In view of the above analysis, the paper puts forward the modern commodity circulation mode of Shunyi district and the corresponding development countermeasures.
