【摘要】：正 山東省即墨市文化中心工程是一項(xiàng)民心工程,是即墨市委、市政府踐行"取之于民,用之于民"投資思想的代表項(xiàng)目,具有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)關(guān)心、百姓關(guān)注、投資較大的特點(diǎn)。即墨市審計(jì)局在文化中心運(yùn)行一年后適時(shí)介入,對(duì)該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了決算及投資效益審計(jì)。其目的在于核算工程成本;發(fā)現(xiàn)建設(shè)過(guò)程及運(yùn)行過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題;對(duì)投資效益進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià);提出審計(jì)建議促進(jìn)項(xiàng)目健
[Abstract]:Jimo Cultural Center Project in Shandong Province is a popular project, which is a representative project of "taking it from the people and using it to the people". It has the characteristics of leadership care, people's concern and great investment. After a year of operation in the cultural center, the audit bureau of Jimo City intervened in due course to carry out the final account and investment benefit audit of the project. Its purpose is to account for the cost of the project; to find out the problems existing in the construction process and operation process; to evaluate the investment benefit; and to put forward audit suggestions to promote the health of the project.
