【摘要】：企業(yè)切實(shí)把能耗降下來(lái),把排污總量控制住,是促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)又好又快發(fā)展的根本保證。開(kāi)展能源環(huán)境審計(jì)是國(guó)家貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀采取的主要審計(jì)類(lèi)型,加強(qiáng)國(guó)有煤炭企業(yè)能源審計(jì)已成為審計(jì)工作的重要戰(zhàn)略選擇。文章就低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代國(guó)有煤炭企業(yè)開(kāi)展能源審計(jì)意義作了粗淺的探討。
[Abstract]:It is the fundamental guarantee to promote the good and fast development of economy and society to reduce the energy consumption and control the total amount of pollution. To carry out the energy and environment audit is the main type of audit adopted by our country to carry out the scientific concept of development, and strengthening the energy audit of the state-owned coal enterprises has become an important strategic choice for the audit work. This paper discusses the significance of energy audit in state-owned coal enterprises in the era of low-carbon economy.
