【摘要】：本文在梳理污水治理評(píng)價(jià)已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行AHP調(diào)研,以水資源保護(hù)體系、水資源利用體系、水資源循環(huán)利用體系為關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)體系建立污水治理審計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)體系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),水資源保護(hù)體系對(duì)減少污水排放量的貢獻(xiàn)最大,多數(shù)企業(yè)水資源利用的指標(biāo)也達(dá)到了國(guó)家一級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。此外,工業(yè)用水重復(fù)利用率、尾水回用率、廢水處理穩(wěn)定達(dá)標(biāo)率均處于國(guó)家領(lǐng)先水平,但尾水回用率還有待進(jìn)一步提高。
[Abstract]:In this paper, based on the existing research results of wastewater treatment evaluation, AHP investigation is carried out, and the water resources protection system, water resources utilization system and water resources recycling system are taken as the key index system to establish the sewage treatment audit evaluation system. It is found that the water resources protection system has the greatest contribution to the reduction of sewage discharge, and the water resources utilization index of most enterprises has also reached the national level standard. In addition, the reuse rate of industrial water, the reuse rate of tail water and the stable rate of wastewater treatment are all in the leading level in the country, but the reuse rate of tail water needs to be further improved.
