【摘要】：正網(wǎng)上競(jìng)價(jià)采購(gòu),是由招標(biāo)和競(jìng)價(jià)兩部分原理有機(jī)結(jié)合在一起在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上操作的一種采購(gòu)方式。所謂網(wǎng)上競(jìng)價(jià)采購(gòu)審計(jì),就是企業(yè)單位內(nèi)部專(zhuān)職審計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)和審計(jì)人員,依據(jù)內(nèi)部控制制度和采購(gòu)審計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),按照一定的程序和方法,相對(duì)獨(dú)立地對(duì)本部門(mén)和本單位自行組織網(wǎng)上競(jìng)價(jià)采購(gòu)的物品,在技術(shù)范圍、供應(yīng)商管理、商務(wù)參數(shù)設(shè)定、競(jìng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)管理等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上實(shí)時(shí)檢查,以促使網(wǎng)上競(jìng)價(jià)
[Abstract]:Online bidding procurement is a kind of purchasing method which is operated on the Internet by the principles of bidding and bidding. The so-called online bidding procurement audit refers to the internal full-time audit institutions and auditors of enterprise units, in accordance with the internal control system and procurement audit standards, in accordance with certain procedures and methods. It is relatively independent that the department and the unit organize online bidding and purchase of the goods, in the technical scope, supplier management, business parameter setting, bidding system management and other content real-time online inspection, in order to promote online bidding.
