本文旨在分析2009-2014年間,中國(guó)對(duì)非洲國(guó)家（摩洛哥、喀麥隆、科特迪瓦、南非）對(duì)外直接投資的決定因素。本文將中國(guó)全球?qū)ν庵苯油顿Y作為因變量,基于非洲四個(gè)國(guó)家的面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。中國(guó)對(duì)非直接投資量呈指數(shù)增長(zhǎng),2011年達(dá)到160億美元。這帶來(lái)了關(guān)于中國(guó)對(duì)非直接投資增長(zhǎng)原因以及對(duì)東道國(guó)選擇決定因素的較大爭(zhēng)論。根據(jù)計(jì)量分析分析結(jié)果看,吸引中國(guó)直接投資的是具有廣闊的市場(chǎng)和豐富的自然資源的國(guó)家。本文的主要結(jié)論是:缺乏證據(jù)證明中國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資更易被自然資源豐富但經(jīng)濟(jì)落后、政治風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高的國(guó)家吸引;相比于政治體制與自然資源狀況的交互作用,好的體制才是中國(guó)對(duì)非直接投資流向的決定性因素。本文還討論了中國(guó)投資者與其他對(duì)非投資國(guó)家投資者的不同點(diǎn)。結(jié)論是,東道國(guó)具有廣闊的的市場(chǎng)和更多的自然資源出口量,則更能吸引其他國(guó)家投資者。在尋求市場(chǎng)和資源方面,中國(guó)投資者與其他國(guó)家投資者沒(méi)有區(qū)別。而在政治體制方面,當(dāng)總FDI流入量作為因變量時(shí),體制影響并不顯著,而對(duì)于中國(guó)直接投資量,體制影響則是顯著的。此外,本文還思考了中國(guó)對(duì)非直接投資與對(duì)其他國(guó)家或地區(qū)投資的區(qū)別問(wèn)題。分析結(jié)果顯示,GDP、市場(chǎng)規(guī)模、貿(mào)易開(kāi)放度和自然資源...
