【摘要】：本文利用2001—2013年省際面板數(shù)據(jù),基于四個(gè)維度刻畫(huà)車(chē)險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展并構(gòu)建面板數(shù)據(jù)模型,從宏觀視角拓展研究中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、不同政策對(duì)車(chē)險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的影響。實(shí)證研究結(jié)果顯示,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、車(chē)險(xiǎn)條款與費(fèi)率市場(chǎng)化改革在車(chē)險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展中影響顯著,汽車(chē)限購(gòu)對(duì)車(chē)險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展中市場(chǎng)波動(dòng)影響較為顯著,但是對(duì)于車(chē)險(xiǎn)保費(fèi)收入、車(chē)險(xiǎn)深度和密度尚沒(méi)有顯著的影響。政策含義在于,政府在制定車(chē)險(xiǎn)業(yè)改革宏觀政策中應(yīng)發(fā)揮綠色發(fā)展的導(dǎo)向作用,車(chē)險(xiǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)應(yīng)注重與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展,為助推綠色交通環(huán)境發(fā)展保駕護(hù)航。
[Abstract]:Based on the inter-provincial panel data from 2001 to 2013, this paper describes the development of automobile insurance market and constructs a panel data model based on four dimensions. From the macro perspective, this paper studies the economic growth of China and the impact of different policies on the development of automobile insurance market. The results of empirical research show that the economic growth, the market-oriented reform of car insurance terms and rates have a significant impact on the development of the car insurance market, and the car purchase restriction has a significant impact on the market fluctuation in the development of the car insurance market, but for the premium income of the car insurance, There is no significant effect on the depth and density of vehicle insurance. The policy implication lies in that the government should play the guiding role of green development in formulating macro-policy of automobile insurance industry reform, and the automobile insurance service industry should pay attention to the coordinated development with social economy, so as to help promote the development of green traffic environment.
