【摘要】：馬克思在論證資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行規(guī)律時(shí)提出"資本吮吸理論",該理論強(qiáng)調(diào)資本通過(guò)吮吸勞動(dòng)而占有剩余價(jià)值的本性、生產(chǎn)資料私有制和分配制度對(duì)資本運(yùn)動(dòng)的作用以及資本運(yùn)動(dòng)存在促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力和破壞生產(chǎn)力兩方面的效應(yīng)。資本主義的演變?cè)诤艽蟪潭壬细淖兞笋R克思資本吮吸理論的隱含假設(shè),如果引入隱含條件的變化,則資本吮吸理論對(duì)于理解資本主義新形態(tài)仍是重要的。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),中國(guó)在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中也存在著資本運(yùn)動(dòng)的兩重效應(yīng),中國(guó)需要高度重視馬克思資本吮吸理論的啟示和借鑒作用,需要建立社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制以解決資本運(yùn)動(dòng)的"兩難沖突",而體制轉(zhuǎn)型背景、發(fā)展中大國(guó)、生產(chǎn)資料所有制、政府間制度完善等則為這種解決提供了重要支撐。
[Abstract]:Marx put forward "capital sucking theory" when he demonstrated the law of capitalist economic operation. This theory emphasizes the nature of capital occupying surplus value by sucking labor. The effect of the private ownership and distribution system of means of production on the movement of capital and the effects of the movement of capital on promoting and destroying the productive forces. The evolution of capitalism has changed the implicit hypothesis of Marx's theory of capital sucking to a great extent. If the change of implied conditions is introduced, the theory of capital sucking is still important for understanding the new form of capitalism. Since the reform and opening up, China also has the double effect of capital movement in the process of economic development. China needs to attach great importance to the enlightenment and reference function of Marx's theory of capital sucking. It is necessary to establish a socialist market economy system to solve the "dilemma conflict" of capital movement, and the background of system transformation, the large developing countries, the ownership of means of production and the perfection of the intergovernmental system provide important support for this solution.
