【摘要】：為適應(yīng)國內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟新格局新變化,習(xí)近平提出了"一帶一路"發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,這是改變?nèi)蚪?jīng)濟政治空間布局和活動方式的構(gòu)想。本文運用系統(tǒng)整體優(yōu)化率對"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略思維進行闡釋,分析了"一帶一路""共商、共建、共享"的核心原則,并結(jié)合整體性原則闡述了"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的系統(tǒng)整體突現(xiàn)性。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the new economic pattern and new changes at home and abroad, Xi Jinping put forward the development strategy of "Belt and Road", which is the idea of changing the spatial layout and the mode of activities of global economy and politics. This paper explains the strategic thinking of "Belt and Road" by using the overall optimization rate of the system, and analyzes the core principle of "common discussion, co-construction and sharing". And combined with the integrity of the principle of "Belt and Road" strategy of the overall emergence of the system.
