【摘要】：近年來,全球范圍的產(chǎn)業(yè)集中和資本壟斷創(chuàng)歷史新高,表現(xiàn)為以產(chǎn)業(yè)集中、并購重組、系統(tǒng)整合為特征的"全球商業(yè)革命",在這場革命中無論是傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)、新興產(chǎn)業(yè)還是金融業(yè)的集中趨勢都在加劇�？鐕緦ιa(chǎn)、銷售、研發(fā)、服務等經(jīng)濟活動的控制整合能力及對相關企業(yè)的并購重組能力也越來越強。處于主導地位的大型跨國公司不僅對本產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的業(yè)務活動進行直接的并購和重組,而且對產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游的供應商與合作伙伴進行實質(zhì)的控制、協(xié)調(diào)和整合。世界經(jīng)濟在金融危機之后的產(chǎn)業(yè)集中和資本壟斷進一步加劇,中國應發(fā)揮產(chǎn)業(yè)政策和國有企業(yè)優(yōu)勢,加大產(chǎn)業(yè)集中發(fā)展的整體規(guī)劃、扶持引導,推動國內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化重組,加快培育本土跨國公司,加大對各類跨國公司的監(jiān)管力度,堅定走集中發(fā)展、協(xié)同發(fā)展、競爭有序的產(chǎn)業(yè)化新道路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, global industrial concentration and capital monopoly have reached a record high, characterized by a "global business revolution" characterized by industrial concentration, mergers and acquisitions, and system integration. In this revolution, whether it is traditional manufacturing, The centralization of emerging industries or the financial sector is intensifying. The ability of multinational corporations to control economic activities such as production, sales, R & D and service, as well as the ability of M & A to related enterprises is becoming stronger and stronger. The leading large multinational corporations not only directly merge and reorganize the business activities of the industrial chain, but also control, coordinate and integrate the suppliers and partners in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. Industrial concentration and capital monopoly in the world economy have intensified after the financial crisis. China should give full play to its industrial policies and the advantages of state-owned enterprises, increase the overall planning for industrial concentration and development, support and guide, and promote the optimization and reorganization of domestic industries. Speed up the cultivation of local multinational corporations, strengthen the supervision of all kinds of transnational corporations, firmly take the new road of industrialization of concentrated development, coordinated development and orderly competition.
