【摘要】：一個(gè)國家既定經(jīng)濟(jì)制度下的不同經(jīng)濟(jì)組織形式都帶有政治、社會(huì)和價(jià)值觀屬性,混合所有制經(jīng)濟(jì)也不例外。從宏觀制度看,西方國家的混合所有制經(jīng)濟(jì)不僅具有政治與社會(huì)屬性,而且凝聚"私有財(cái)產(chǎn)神圣不可侵犯"和"國有財(cái)產(chǎn)神圣不可侵犯"雙重價(jià)值觀。從微觀市場看,在企業(yè)資本組織形式上,西方國家一方面因遵循市場經(jīng)濟(jì)一般規(guī)律不在一個(gè)企業(yè)里搞"國有私有資本混合",另一方面又在資本主義價(jià)值觀支配下堅(jiān)持企業(yè)的資本私有性質(zhì)的完整性,甚至有時(shí)不惜"違背"市場經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律。這表明,在政治、社會(huì)和價(jià)值觀屬性上,世界上沒有所謂"純粹"或制度"中性"的企業(yè)資本組織形式,也沒有什么"純粹"或制度"中性"的混合所有制經(jīng)濟(jì)。
[Abstract]:The different forms of economic organization under a country's established economic system have the attributes of politics, society and values, and the mixed ownership economy is no exception. From the macro system point of view, the mixed ownership economy in western countries has not only political and social attributes, but also condense the dual values of "private property is sacred and inviolable" and "state-owned property is sacred and inviolable". From the micro market point of view, in the form of enterprise capital organization, on the one hand, because western countries follow the general law of market economy, they do not engage in a "mixture of state-owned private capital" in an enterprise. On the other hand, under the control of capitalist values, we insist on the integrity of the private nature of enterprises' capital, and sometimes even go against the laws of market economy. This shows that there are no so-called "pure" or institutional "neutral" forms of enterprise capital organization in the world, nor any "pure" or "institutional neutral" mixed ownership economy in the political, social and value attributes.
