【摘要】：廣西與東盟國家陸海相連,是中國面向東盟開放合作的前沿和窗口,被定位為21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路和絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶有機(jī)銜接的重要門戶。近5年來,廣西加強(qiáng)與東盟各國的產(chǎn)業(yè)對接,促進(jìn)優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ)合作共贏,大力實(shí)施"走出去"戰(zhàn)略,廣西企業(yè)對東盟10國投資實(shí)現(xiàn)了全覆蓋,對東盟投資規(guī)模逐漸擴(kuò)大。本文深入分析了"十二五"期間廣西對東盟國家直接投資的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,并提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Guangxi and ASEAN countries are connected by land and sea, which is the front and window of China's opening and cooperation with ASEAN, and is positioned as an important gateway to link up the maritime Silk Road and Silk Road economic belt in the 21st century. In the past five years, Guangxi has strengthened the industrial docking with ASEAN countries, promoted the win-win cooperation of complementary advantages, and vigorously implemented the "going out" strategy. Guangxi enterprises have achieved full coverage of their investment in the 10 ASEAN countries, and the scale of investment in ASEAN has gradually expanded. This paper deeply analyzes the present situation and problems of Guangxi's direct investment in ASEAN countries during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.
