【摘要】：全球金融危機(jī)以后世界經(jīng)濟(jì)陷入增長(zhǎng)乏力、長(zhǎng)期蕭條狀態(tài),新孤立主義和新保護(hù)主義應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。然而,戰(zhàn)后以來世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和繁榮的基礎(chǔ)在于經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化結(jié)構(gòu)及其帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的機(jī)制,因此,新孤立主義和新保護(hù)主義不僅不能解決經(jīng)濟(jì)低迷問題,反而會(huì)帶來多敗俱傷的經(jīng)濟(jì)混亂。重振世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)仍然必須依靠經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化,但新的經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化不同于舊有"中心-外圍"結(jié)構(gòu)的美式經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化,而應(yīng)是更均衡、更開放、多中心、可持續(xù)的經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化。
[Abstract]:After the global financial crisis, the world economy fell into a state of sluggish growth, long depression, neo-isolationism and neo-protectionism came into being. However, the foundation of world economic growth and prosperity since the post-war lies in the structure of economic globalization and its mechanism for driving economic growth. Therefore, neo-isolationism and neo-protectionism have not only failed to solve the economic downturn, On the contrary, it will bring more economic chaos. To revive world economic growth, we must rely on economic globalization, but the new economic globalization is different from the old "center-periphery" structure of American economic globalization, but should be more balanced, more open, multi-center, sustainable economic globalization.
