【摘要】：收入公平并不等同于收入平等。較收入平等而言,收入公平并不能通過客觀評判標準加以衡量,它受個體主觀偏好的影響,更側(cè)重于個體的主觀價值判斷,而不能簡單地通過客觀理性數(shù)據(jù)加以度量。 目前我國存在較大的收入差距,且基尼系數(shù)一度突破0.4的警戒線。我國收入差距的存在具有一定特殊性,其原因來自經(jīng)濟、政治、思想文化三方面。但是,在較大收入差距存在的情況下,社會發(fā)展的穩(wěn)定因素總體上大于不穩(wěn)定因素,整個社會的發(fā)展總體上也呈現(xiàn)出和諧有序的景象。這與基尼系數(shù)超過0.4警戒線的預(yù)期表現(xiàn)有所不同。 基尼系數(shù)不僅在自身方面存在局限,還在衡量收入公平方面以及在衡量我國收入差距特殊性方面均存在一定程度上的局限,從而導(dǎo)致基尼系數(shù)在衡量我國收入公平問題時存在局限�；诖�,首先在對基尼系數(shù)就自身方面存在的局限進行數(shù)據(jù)及計算方法彌補的基礎(chǔ)上,再針對收入公平的判斷具有主觀性的特點,從分析居民對收入公平進行主觀判斷的影響因素入手,結(jié)合居民收入差距接受度的各方影響因素和科學(xué)的理性統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)兩方面,找到一種既立足于統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)又融入居民對收入差距主觀感知的更為符合現(xiàn)實的評判方式。
[Abstract]:Income equity is not equal to income equality. Compared with income equality, income equity can not be measured by objective criteria. It is influenced by individual subjective preference and focuses more on individual subjective value judgment, and can not be simply measured by objective rational data. At present, there is a large income gap in China, and the Gini coefficient once exceeded the warning line of 0.4. The existence of income gap in China has its particularity, which comes from three aspects: economy, politics, ideology and culture. However, under the condition of large income gap, the stable factors of social development are generally larger than the unstable factors, and the overall development of the whole society also presents a harmonious and orderly scene. This is different from the expected performance of the Gini coefficient above the warning line of 0.4. The Gini coefficient is not only limited in its own aspects, but also in the measurement of income equity, as well as in the measurement of the particularity of the income gap in China. As a result, the Gini coefficient is limited in measuring income equity in China. Based on this, first of all, on the basis of making up for the limitations of Gini coefficient in its own aspects, and then aiming at the subjective characteristics of the judgment of income equity, Starting with the analysis of the influencing factors of residents' subjective judgment on income equity, combining the factors affecting the acceptance of the income gap of residents and the scientific and rational statistical data, To find a more realistic judgment method based on statistical data and integrating residents' subjective perception of income gap.
