【摘要】：金融業(yè)改革開放的順序歷來是理論界爭論的焦點問題之一。對于一國而言,若想在獲取開放收益的同時將金融風險控制在可以承受的范圍內(nèi),必須選擇一條合理的開放路徑,有次序、漸進地推行金融開放。在這一問題上,由于國情不同,我國并無既定模式可循。鑒于此,本文提出應"合理安排開放順序",即圍繞服務實體經(jīng)濟、防范金融風險、深化金融改革"三位一體"的金融工作主題,積極穩(wěn)妥地推動金融對外開放。具體而言,一是要堅持金融開放服務實體經(jīng)濟;二是要堅持在有效防范風險的前提下不斷擴大金融開放;三是要堅持擴大開放與深化改革雙輪驅(qū)動。
[Abstract]:The order of financial reform and opening up has always been one of the focal points in the theoretical circle. For a country, if we want to control the financial risk in the range of affordability, we must choose a reasonable open path and carry out the financial opening step by step. On this issue, due to different national conditions, China has no established model to follow. In view of this, this paper puts forward that "reasonable arrangement of opening order" should be put forward, that is, focusing on the theme of serving the real economy, preventing financial risks, deepening the "trinity" of financial reform, and actively and steadily promoting the financial opening to the outside world. Specifically, it is necessary to adhere to the financial opening to serve the real economy; second, to adhere to the premise of effective risk prevention to expand the financial opening; third, to adhere to the expansion of the opening and deepening the reform of the dual wheel drive.
