【摘要】：本文借助超效率CCR-DEA模型和Malmquist指數(shù)對2008年至2015年京津冀城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展效率進行了動態(tài)測評和對應(yīng)項分解。研究結(jié)果表明:第一,北京與津、冀各城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展效率極為不平衡,北京大幅領(lǐng)先于津、冀各城市并有逐年擴大的趨勢;津、冀城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展效率的差距有逐年縮小的趨勢。第二,以京津冀城市群作為一個整體其可持續(xù)發(fā)展效率在提高,但各城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展效率意義上的純技術(shù)效率幾乎沒有提高。第三,京津冀城市的投入-產(chǎn)出系統(tǒng)均處于可持續(xù)發(fā)展效率意義上的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟階段但不具有持續(xù)性。本文不僅豐富了京津冀城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展效率測度的文獻,還有助于加深對我國正不斷推進并深化的京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的認(rèn)識。
[Abstract]:Based on the super-efficiency CCR-DEA model and Malmquist index, this paper evaluates the sustainable development efficiency of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city from 2008 to 2015 and decomposes the corresponding items. The results show that: first, the sustainable development efficiency of Beijing and Tianjin, Hebei cities is extremely unbalanced, Beijing is ahead of Tianjin by a large margin, and Hebei cities have a trend of expanding year by year. The gap of sustainable development efficiency in Hebei city has a trend of narrowing year by year. Secondly, the sustainable development efficiency of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration as a whole is improving, but the pure technical efficiency in the sense of sustainable development efficiency of each city has hardly been improved. Thirdly, the input-output system of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city is in the stage of scale economy in the sense of sustainable development efficiency, but it is not sustainable. This paper not only enriches the literature on the measurement of the sustainable development efficiency of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city, but also helps to deepen the understanding of the cooperative development strategy of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city, which is being promoted and deepened in China.
