【摘要】：創(chuàng)新作為五大發(fā)展理念中的核心,是引領(lǐng)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的第一動力,因此,實施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動戰(zhàn)略,全面提升城市創(chuàng)新能力,是實現(xiàn)江蘇省經(jīng)濟長期穩(wěn)定增長的重要保證。文章從以下六大方面明確了江蘇省提升創(chuàng)新能力的思路和途徑:超越機器大生產(chǎn)時代的工業(yè)化思維,樹立差異化、個性化的后工業(yè)化思維;超越單純的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新思維,樹立"三螺旋"的綜合創(chuàng)新思維;超越物理空間、實體空間的思維,加快新型知識空間、網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間等的建設(shè);超越存量經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展理念,樹立流量經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展理念;超越傳統(tǒng)線性縱向產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈思維,建立非線性、網(wǎng)絡(luò)型產(chǎn)業(yè)組織新模式;超越單純的創(chuàng)新要素集聚,加快建立可持續(xù)發(fā)展的創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Innovation, as the core of the five development concepts, is the first driving force to lead the regional economic development. Therefore, the implementation of innovation-driven strategy and the promotion of urban innovation ability are the important guarantee to realize the long-term and stable economic growth of Jiangsu Province. This paper clarifies the ideas and approaches of promoting innovation ability in Jiangsu Province from the following six aspects: surmounting the industrialized thinking in the age of large-scale production of machines, setting up a differentiated and individualized thinking of post-industrialization, surpassing the simple thinking of technological innovation, Set up the comprehensive innovative thinking of "three helix", transcend the thinking of physical space and entity space, speed up the construction of new knowledge space and network space, transcend the development idea of stock economy, set up the development idea of flow economy; Beyond the traditional thinking of linear and vertical industrial chain, we should establish a new model of nonlinear and network industrial organization, and go beyond the simple concentration of innovative elements to accelerate the establishment of a sustainable development innovation ecosystem.
