【摘要】：東北地區(qū)面臨地緣區(qū)位上的先天劣勢(shì)、在全國(guó)城市體系中的地位下降、交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施優(yōu)勢(shì)下降、區(qū)域政策優(yōu)勢(shì)不明顯等空間發(fā)展困境。應(yīng)從打造國(guó)家中心城市、建設(shè)兩大城市群、加強(qiáng)與京津冀及環(huán)渤海合作、優(yōu)化內(nèi)部空間關(guān)系和培育增長(zhǎng)新空間等方面促進(jìn)東北地區(qū)的新一輪振興。
[Abstract]:The Northeast region is faced with the inherent disadvantages of geographical location, the decline of the status in the national urban system, the decline of the superiority of the transportation infrastructure, the lack of obvious regional policy advantages and other spatial development dilemmas. It is necessary to promote a new round of revitalization in Northeast China from the aspects of building national central cities, building two urban agglomerations, strengthening cooperation with Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Bohai Rim, optimizing internal spatial relations and cultivating new space for growth.
