【摘要】：長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),中國(guó)以“世界工廠(chǎng)”的身份站在全球利益價(jià)值鏈的低端,產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)勢(shì)在必行;隨著我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的國(guó)內(nèi)驅(qū)動(dòng)要素和國(guó)際影響因子的深刻變化,產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)機(jī)不可失。產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的首要標(biāo)志是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高級(jí)化和合理化,根本的動(dòng)力源泉是技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,“建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家”的提出,凸顯了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新在我國(guó)強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略中的重要作用和關(guān)鍵地位。自我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)制度確立以來(lái),資本和技術(shù)這兩個(gè)社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力中最活躍的因子,以前所未有的規(guī)模、速度和方式,對(duì)接、互動(dòng)與融合。然而,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的收益和風(fēng)險(xiǎn),與金融資本參與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的收益和風(fēng)險(xiǎn),缺乏統(tǒng)一性和協(xié)調(diào)性,這時(shí),只有樂(lè)于追求高收益、甘于承擔(dān)高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的創(chuàng)業(yè)資本,義無(wú)反顧地充當(dāng)金融資本的先驅(qū)角色。創(chuàng)業(yè)資本、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)是國(guó)家高新區(qū)的三個(gè)基本事物,分別構(gòu)成國(guó)家高新區(qū)改革、創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展的動(dòng)力源、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和加速器。創(chuàng)業(yè)資本支持技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新推進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí),反過(guò)來(lái),產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)誘導(dǎo)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新反哺創(chuàng)業(yè)資本,三者形成良性互動(dòng)的關(guān)系,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)國(guó)家高新區(qū)金融、科技與產(chǎn)業(yè)的高效融合,為建立國(guó)家高新區(qū)綜合創(chuàng)新體系乃至國(guó)家創(chuàng)新體系增磚添瓦。因此,選擇創(chuàng)業(yè)資本、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與國(guó)家高新區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)作為研究課題,試圖探明國(guó)家高新區(qū)創(chuàng)業(yè)資本、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的相互影響機(jī)理和效應(yīng),具有重大的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。全文分六個(gè)部分:第一部分:一是闡明本文的選題背景、研究目的及研究意義;二是對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行述評(píng);三是介紹本文的研究思路、內(nèi)容和方法。第二部分:對(duì)國(guó)家高新區(qū)、創(chuàng)業(yè)資本、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定,對(duì)現(xiàn)代融資理論、創(chuàng)業(yè)資本理論、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)理論和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)理論進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)總結(jié)。第三部分:分別對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)資本與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的融合機(jī)理,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的互動(dòng)機(jī)理,創(chuàng)業(yè)資本、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的傳導(dǎo)機(jī)理,進(jìn)行了全面梳理和詮釋。第四部分:通過(guò)提出六個(gè)假設(shè),構(gòu)建六個(gè)模型,分別檢驗(yàn)了創(chuàng)業(yè)資本對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的驅(qū)動(dòng)效應(yīng),技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的驅(qū)動(dòng)效應(yīng),創(chuàng)業(yè)資本、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的協(xié)同驅(qū)動(dòng)效應(yīng)。第五部分:從創(chuàng)業(yè)資本供給推力、創(chuàng)業(yè)資本需求拉力、創(chuàng)業(yè)資本供求黏力3個(gè)方面選取28個(gè)指標(biāo),運(yùn)用主成分分析法PCA并利用SPSS17.0,對(duì)6個(gè)爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)世界一流高新區(qū)中關(guān)村、張江、東湖、西安、深圳、成都的創(chuàng)業(yè)資本市場(chǎng)發(fā)育性進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),并根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)論提出一些有益的政策建議。第六部分:一是歸納了本文的主要觀(guān)點(diǎn);二是疏理了本文的創(chuàng)新之處;三是總結(jié)了本文的研究不足,并展望了未來(lái)的研究方向和重點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:For a long time, China has been standing at the low end of the global interest value chain as a "world factory", and industrial transformation and upgrading is imperative. With the profound changes of domestic driving factors and international influence factors of China's industrial development, Industrial transformation and upgrading is an opportunity. The primary symbol of industrial upgrading is the upgrading and rationalization of industrial structure, and the fundamental motive source is technological innovation. The proposal of "building an innovative country" highlights the important role and the key position of technological innovation in the strategy of China's powerful nation. Since the establishment of China's socialist market economy system, capital and technology, two of the most active factors in the social productive forces, with unprecedented scale, speed and mode, docking, interaction and integration. However, the benefits and risks of technological innovation, and financial capital participate in the benefits and risks of technological innovation, lack of unity and coordination, at this time, only willing to pursue high returns, willing to undertake high-risk venture capital, To act as a pioneer of financial capital. Venture capital, technological innovation and industrial upgrading are the three basic things of the national high-tech zones, which constitute the power source, engine and accelerator of the reform, innovation and development of the national high-tech zones. Venture capital supports technological innovation, and technological innovation promotes industrial upgrading. In turn, industrial upgrading induces technological innovation and technological innovation feeds venture capital. These three have a positive interactive relationship and can realize the national high-tech zone finance.
