【摘要】：沿襲分工深化這條主線,以交易效率為切入點(diǎn),重新勾勒了產(chǎn)業(yè)演進(jìn)和城市擴(kuò)張的互動(dòng)過(guò)程,結(jié)果表明:(1)以工業(yè)化和三產(chǎn)化為典型的產(chǎn)業(yè)高級(jí)化是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和城市發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)動(dòng)力;(2)與經(jīng)典理論有所差異的是,分工深化和交易效率并未長(zhǎng)期促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)的持續(xù)高級(jí)化,反而是作為產(chǎn)業(yè)高級(jí)化的一種結(jié)果而出現(xiàn)的,這是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的后發(fā)性和外生性特征共同決定的;(3)從長(zhǎng)期來(lái)看,外生性的產(chǎn)業(yè)高級(jí)化并不可持續(xù),單純依靠外生的技術(shù)引進(jìn)和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)并不足以支撐經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,當(dāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展到一定高度時(shí)就需要適時(shí)調(diào)整發(fā)展策略,轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)展動(dòng)力;(4)當(dāng)前階段,更為現(xiàn)實(shí)可行的路徑是通過(guò)城市化促進(jìn)工業(yè)化的深度推進(jìn),實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)高級(jí)化,但是城市擴(kuò)張又以交易效率的提高為前提。因此,必須從根本上提高交易效率,降低交易費(fèi)用,促進(jìn)城市化和產(chǎn)業(yè)高級(jí)化的內(nèi)生化轉(zhuǎn)型和良性互動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:Following the division of labor to deepen this main line, with the transaction efficiency as the starting point, it reoutlines the interactive process of industrial evolution and urban expansion. The results show that: (1) industrialization and industrial upgrading are the realistic driving forces of economic growth and urban development; (2) the deepening of division of labor and the efficiency of transaction do not promote the sustained industrial upgrading for a long time, which is different from the classical theory. On the contrary, it appears as a result of industrial upgrading, which is determined by both the late and exogenous characteristics of economic growth. (3) in the long run, extraneous industrial upgrading is not sustainable. Relying solely on exogenous technology introduction and industrial upgrading is not enough to support sustained economic development. When the economy reaches a certain height, it is necessary to adjust the development strategy at the right time to change the power of development. (4) at the present stage, The more realistic and feasible way is to promote industrialization through urbanization and realize industrial upgrading, but urban expansion is based on the improvement of transaction efficiency. Therefore, we must fundamentally improve the efficiency of transactions, reduce transaction costs, promote urbanization and industrial upgrading of the endogenous transformation and benign interaction.
