【摘要】：從全球范圍來看,隨著人類科技的進(jìn)步和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人類所面臨的環(huán)境與生態(tài)問題越來越嚴(yán)重,環(huán)境污染、生態(tài)失衡、物種滅絕、資源枯竭等生態(tài)環(huán)境問題急待解決。特別是隨著全球化進(jìn)程的不斷加快和深入,人類社會(huì)的聯(lián)系越來越緊密,生態(tài)問題的“蝴蝶效應(yīng)”和“多米諾現(xiàn)象”也越來越突出,進(jìn)一步迫使人們不斷反思自身的行為,重新思考人與自然的關(guān)系,探尋一條人與自然和諧發(fā)展的道路,解決生態(tài)危機(jī)已成為全人類的共同心聲。 陜北經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)狀及問題分析。定位于分析問題、發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,力圖通過對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的分析發(fā)現(xiàn)深層的生態(tài)問題,是本文的重要部分。首先,對(duì)陜北經(jīng)濟(jì)的概況做以總體介紹,主要包括陜北經(jīng)濟(jì)的總體水平、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和自然資源幾個(gè)方面。其次,對(duì)陜北經(jīng)濟(jì)的環(huán)境和歷史進(jìn)行梳理,主要包括陜北的位置和地貌、氣候和植被、土壤和礦產(chǎn),以及陜北不同歷史時(shí)期的經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況。第三,對(duì)陜北經(jīng)濟(jì)的結(jié)構(gòu)和特征進(jìn)行歸納,包括農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的從弱到強(qiáng)、工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷調(diào)整、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的日益加強(qiáng),以及陜北礦產(chǎn)的兩源并富、由點(diǎn)到面,工業(yè)的政府主導(dǎo)、嵌入跨越,農(nóng)業(yè)的從粗到精、特色發(fā)展等。第四,對(duì)陜北經(jīng)濟(jì)與生態(tài)的現(xiàn)實(shí)矛盾進(jìn)行探討。從地表環(huán)境與地下礦產(chǎn)的表里矛盾、各級(jí)政府與企業(yè)之間的上下矛盾、輕工業(yè)與重工業(yè)的之間的輕重矛盾、資源貧瘠區(qū)與富集區(qū)的貧富矛盾、物質(zhì)文明與精神文明的名利矛盾等五個(gè)主要方面進(jìn)行深入分析。
[Abstract]:From the global perspective, with the progress of human science and technology and the development of economy, the environmental and ecological problems are becoming more and more serious, environmental pollution, ecological imbalance, species extinction, resource depletion and other ecological problems need to be solved urgently. In particular, with the accelerating and deepening of the globalization process, the human society is more and more closely linked, and the "butterfly effect" and "domino phenomenon" of ecological problems are becoming more and more prominent, further forcing people to constantly reflect on their own behavior. Rethinking the relationship between man and nature, exploring a way of harmonious development between man and nature and resolving ecological crisis have become the common aspiration of all mankind. An Analysis of the present Economic situation and problems in Northern Shaanxi Province. It is an important part of this paper to find out the deep ecological problems through the analysis of the economy. Firstly, the general situation of northern Shaanxi economy is introduced, including the overall level of economy, industrial structure, infrastructure and natural resources. Secondly, the economic environment and history of Northern Shaanxi are reviewed, including the location and landform, climate and vegetation, soil and mineral resources, and the economic situation in different historical periods of Northern Shaanxi. Third, we should sum up the structure and characteristics of the economy of northern Shaanxi, including the structure of agriculture from weak to strong, the constant adjustment of industrial structure, the increasing strengthening of the tertiary industry, and the fact that the mineral resources of northern Shaanxi are both rich and well-resourced, and that the industrial government is leading from point to plane. Embed leapfrogging, agriculture from coarse to fine, characteristic development and so on. Fourthly, the realistic contradiction between economy and ecology in northern Shaanxi is discussed. From the contradictions between the surface environment and underground minerals, between governments and enterprises at all levels, between light industry and heavy industry, and between rich and poor areas with poor resources, The contradiction between material civilization and spiritual civilization is deeply analyzed in five aspects.
