【摘要】：我國經(jīng)濟進入"新常態(tài)",需要建立合理的經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)以保持持續(xù)健康發(fā)展�，F(xiàn)階段,實體經(jīng)濟與虛擬經(jīng)濟間的不均衡狀態(tài)日益凸顯,過度膨脹的虛擬經(jīng)濟抑制了實體經(jīng)濟的健康發(fā)展。資本"脫實向虛"的主要原因在于資本的逐利性、惡劣的實業(yè)環(huán)境和發(fā)展滯后的金融市場。引導(dǎo)資本理性回歸實體經(jīng)濟,政府應(yīng)積極改進相關(guān)政策,增強實體企業(yè)的贏利能力,同時積極推行金融創(chuàng)新、完善監(jiān)管體系,使虛擬經(jīng)濟和實體經(jīng)濟發(fā)展趨于平衡,從而獲得理想的經(jīng)濟增速。
[Abstract]:In order to maintain sustainable and healthy development, China's economy has entered the "new normal", which requires the establishment of a reasonable economic structure. At present, the imbalance between the real economy and the virtual economy is becoming increasingly prominent, and the excessive expansion of the virtual economy inhibits the healthy development of the real economy. The main reasons of the capital "destructiveness and deficiency" lie in the banishing of capital, the bad industrial environment and the laggard financial market. To guide the rational return of capital to the real economy, the government should actively improve the relevant policies, enhance the profitability of the entity enterprises, actively promote financial innovation, perfect the supervision system, and balance the development of the virtual economy and the real economy. Thus obtains the ideal economic growth rate.
