【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟全球化以及國際政治格局多極化發(fā)展的新形勢下,非洲經(jīng)濟與政治的發(fā)展越來越受到世界各國的關注。從經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的角度來看,非洲是一個很有潛力的市場。非洲擁有雄厚的土地資源和農(nóng)業(yè)資源,豐富的地下礦產(chǎn)資源以及獨特的人文景觀和旅游資源,這些豐富的資源都為未來非洲經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展提供了必不可少的條件。除此之外,非洲作為世界商品的原料產(chǎn)地、銷售市場、以及世界資本的投資場所,其戰(zhàn)略地位也日顯重要。從政治發(fā)展的角度來看,在非洲國家和國際社會的共同努力下,和平與發(fā)展已漸成主流,政治局勢總體上趨向相對穩(wěn)定的態(tài)勢,這些都為中非之間政治與經(jīng)貿(mào)的友好往來提供了堅實的基礎。 中國和非洲友誼源遠流長,基礎堅實。中非有著相似的歷史遭遇,在爭取民族解放的斗爭中始終相互同情、相互支持,結下了深厚的友誼。 中華人民共和國成立和非洲國家獨立開創(chuàng)了中非關系新紀元。半個多世紀以來,雙方政治關系密切,高層互訪不斷,人員往來頻繁,經(jīng)貿(mào)關系發(fā)展迅速,其他領域的合作富有成效,在國際事務中的磋商與協(xié)調(diào)日益加強。中國向非洲國家提供了力所能及的援助,非洲國家也給予中國諸多有力的支持。真誠友好、平等互利、團結合作、共同發(fā)展是中非交往與合作的原則,也是中非關系長盛不衰的動力。 中國是世界上最大的發(fā)展中國家,非洲是世界上發(fā)展中國家最為集中的大陸,所以在國際事務中,中國和非洲有著廣泛的共同利益。面對新的國際形勢,中非之間建立更加密切的友好合作關系,不僅對雙方具有重大的戰(zhàn)略意義,而且順應世界和平與發(fā)展的歷史潮流。 在中國和平崛起的過程中,非洲扮演著舉足輕重的角色。一方面,非洲大陸不僅為高速發(fā)展的中國提供資源和能源、而且為中國制造業(yè)產(chǎn)品的出口提供廣闊的市場,另一方面,當中國在國際政治舞臺中扮演著越來越重要的角色時,尤其是在應對美國等西方發(fā)達國家遏制中國快速崛起時,非洲友好國家都是不可缺少的力量。21世紀中非關系能否更進一步發(fā)展,將直接影響到中國和平崛起的進程,不僅如此,還會直接影響非洲經(jīng)濟的全面振興與發(fā)展以及世界政治與經(jīng)濟格局。因此,進一步研究中非關系的發(fā)展前景,并且提出有效的戰(zhàn)略對策,除此之外,全面研究中非關系,特別是經(jīng)貿(mào)關系,對中非雙方都具有重要的理論與實踐意義。 基于以上背景,本文主要研究以下幾大問題：非洲國家將如何充分利用中非合作帶來的機遇來削弱貧困,促進發(fā)展；非洲國家將如何才能更好地利用雙邊合作以實現(xiàn)長期的發(fā)展目標；歐美對非洲的貿(mào)易戰(zhàn)略與中非貿(mào)易戰(zhàn)略相比是否略勝一籌；中非貿(mào)易戰(zhàn)略和歐美對非洲的貿(mào)易戰(zhàn)略有哪些不同之處。 本論文共分為以下六章：第一章概述了論文的研究背景、研究意義、研究方法,對中國與非洲經(jīng)貿(mào)關系的相關文獻做了詳細的綜述,以及本論文的創(chuàng)新點與不足之處。第二章闡述了中非經(jīng)貿(mào)關系的理論基礎并做出了評價。第三章概述了在各歷史階段中中非經(jīng)貿(mào)關系經(jīng)歷的變化及特點。第四章分析了中非經(jīng)貿(mào)關系發(fā)展的相關因素,并且探討了歐美對中非貿(mào)易的反應,以及如何確保中非貿(mào)易優(yōu)勢,此外,本章還通過對北非的實證研究來分析中非經(jīng)貿(mào)關系的發(fā)展績效。第五章提出了中非經(jīng)貿(mào)關系存在的機遇與挑戰(zhàn),特別是中非經(jīng)貿(mào)往來對非洲乃至歐美的影響。第六章提出了促進中非經(jīng)貿(mào)關系的發(fā)展對策以及對未來前景的展望。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation of economic globalization and the multi polarization of international political pattern, the development of Africa's economy and politics has attracted more and more attention from all over the world. From the point of view of economic development, Africa is a potential market. Africa has abundant land and agricultural resources, rich underground mineral resources and unique resources. Human landscapes and tourism resources, these rich resources have provided essential conditions for the future economic development of Africa. In addition, Africa, as a source of raw materials for world commodities, the marketing market, and the investment place of world capital, is also of great importance in its strategic position. From the perspective of political development, in African countries and countries Under the joint efforts of the society, peace and development have gradually become the mainstream, and the political situation tends to be relatively stable in general. All these provide a solid foundation for the friendly exchanges between China and Africa in political and economic economic and trade.
The friendship between China and Africa has a long history and a solid foundation. China and Africa have similar historical experiences and have always sympathized and supported each other in the struggle for national liberation and made a profound friendship.
Since the founding of People's Republic of China and the independence of African countries, the new era of Sino African relations has been created. Over the past half century, the political relations between the two sides are close, the exchanges of high-level exchanges, the frequent exchanges of personnel, the rapid development of economic and trade relations, the fruitful cooperation in other fields, and the increasing consultation and coordination in international affairs. As far as possible assistance is available, African countries have also given China a lot of strong support. Sincere friendship, equality and mutual benefit, solidarity and cooperation, common development are the principles of Sino African exchanges and cooperation, and are also the driving force of China Africa relations.
China is the largest developing country in the world, and Africa is the most concentrated continent in the developing countries. Therefore, China and Africa have broad common interests in international affairs. In the face of the new international situation, the establishment of closer friendship and cooperation between China and Africa is not only of great strategic significance to both sides, but also in conformity with both sides. The historical trend of world peace and development.
In the course of the peaceful rise of China, Africa plays an important role. On the one hand, the African continent not only provides resources and energy for the high-speed developing China, but also provides a broad market for the export of China's manufacturing products, on the other hand, when China plays a more and more important role in the international political arena, especially In response to the rapid rise of the developed countries such as the United States and other western countries, African friendly countries are indispensable forces for the further development of the Sino African relations in the.21 century, which will directly affect the process of the peaceful rise of China. Not only that, but will directly affect the overall revitalization and development of the African economy, as well as the political and economic conditions of the world. In addition, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to both sides of China and Africa to study the relationship between China and Africa, especially the economic and trade relations.
Based on the above background, this paper focuses on the following major issues: how African countries will make full use of the opportunities brought by China Africa cooperation to weaken poverty and promote development; how can African countries make better use of bilateral cooperation to achieve long-term development goals; whether the European and American trade strategy to Africa and the China Africa trade strategy will be compared to the European and American countries. The difference between China Africa trade strategy and Europe and Africa's trade strategy to Africa is slightly better.
This paper is divided into the following six chapters: the first chapter outlines the research background, research significance, research methods, the related literature of China and Africa in detail, and the innovation and shortcomings of this paper. The second chapter expounds the theoretical basis of Sino African Economic and trade relations and makes an evaluation. The third chapter is summarized. The fourth chapter analyzes the related factors of Sino African Economic and trade relations in various historical stages. It analyzes the related factors in the development of Sino African Economic and trade relations, and discusses the reaction of Europe and the United States to China Africa Trade and how to ensure the advantages of China Africa trade. In addition, this chapter also analyzes the development performance of Sino African Economic and trade relations through the empirical study of North Africa. The five chapter puts forward the opportunities and challenges of Sino African Economic and trade relations, especially the impact of Sino African Economic and trade exchanges on Africa and Europe and the United States. The sixth chapter puts forward the development countermeasures to promote the economic and trade relations between China and Africa and the prospect of future prospects.
