【摘要】：PPT(pro-poor tourism,有利于貧困者的旅游)理念的提出和推行建立了旅游與貧困之間的直接聯(lián)系,激發(fā)了學(xué)界對旅游發(fā)展與貧困減緩關(guān)系的廣泛討論。國內(nèi)外學(xué)者在旅游減貧效應(yīng)這一問題上產(chǎn)生了無休止的爭議,"旅游發(fā)展減緩了貧困""旅游發(fā)展加劇了貧困"和"旅游發(fā)展與貧困減緩無必然聯(lián)系"三種觀點同時存在。在相關(guān)文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,文章系統(tǒng)梳理了旅游減貧效應(yīng)的產(chǎn)生機制及支持不同觀點的經(jīng)驗證據(jù),并對爭議的形成原因進行了剖析。結(jié)果表明,貧困度量方法不統(tǒng)一、空間尺度和研究方法不同、發(fā)展環(huán)境及模式選擇存在差異等因素造成研究結(jié)論的不一致,綜合各方面而言,"旅游發(fā)展減緩了貧困"這一結(jié)論更為合理。最后,對未來的相關(guān)研究進行了展望。
[Abstract]:The concept of pro-poor tourism (pro-poor tourism in favour of the poor) has established a direct link between tourism and poverty, which has aroused the extensive discussion of the relationship between tourism development and poverty alleviation in academic circles. Scholars at home and abroad have endless controversy on the effect of tourism poverty reduction. There are three viewpoints: "tourism development reduces poverty", "tourism development exacerbates poverty" and "tourism development and poverty alleviation do not necessarily exist". On the basis of relevant literature, the paper systematically combs the mechanism of tourism poverty reduction effect and empirical evidence supporting different viewpoints, and analyzes the causes of the dispute. The results show that the poverty measurement methods are not uniform, the spatial scale and the research methods are different, the development environment and the model selection are different, and so on. In all respects, the conclusion that tourism has reduced poverty is more reasonable. Finally, the future research is prospected.
