【摘要】：在世界上中國是最大的發(fā)展中國家,鄰國眾多,周邊外交是中國政府重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的問題。中國國家實(shí)力不斷增強(qiáng),國際話語權(quán)越來越多,與鄰國關(guān)系越來越密切,因此,中國新一屆領(lǐng)導(dǎo)階層需要重新制定外交戰(zhàn)略,發(fā)揮周邊外交的巨大作用。在過去十年中,擁有十三億人口的中國迅速改變了一個(gè)世紀(jì)以來的落后,在新世紀(jì)初經(jīng)歷了發(fā)展并逐步轉(zhuǎn)入可持續(xù)發(fā)展。中國的發(fā)展成果是建立在社會(huì)穩(wěn)定以及不干涉別國內(nèi)政的基礎(chǔ)之上,這獲得了世界的尊重并增強(qiáng)了人們對建立多極化世界的信心。包括中國在內(nèi)的世界大國已經(jīng)準(zhǔn)備好解決最緊迫的全球性問題,而相關(guān)國際組織的建立正是世界大國間形成的共識(shí)。中國是一個(gè)歷史悠久的國家,為人類發(fā)明了紙張、印刷術(shù)、指南針、火藥、絲綢以及陶瓷。現(xiàn)代的中國不斷的引領(lǐng)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。歷史上中華文明在連接中國和歐洲間的絲綢之路上發(fā)揮了重要的作用,而在當(dāng)今條件下,世界對中國文化的需求更鮮明的體現(xiàn)出來�，F(xiàn)代的商人和公司管理人員只需數(shù)小時(shí)就能穿越數(shù)千公里,而古代的商人需要離家數(shù)月,交通工具只能是駱駝,但是現(xiàn)代和古代的商人都有一股為了最終目標(biāo)克服任何困難的力量和勇氣。中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,對能源的需求也越來越大。中亞國家的豐富的能源資源促使中國與它們建立良好的合作關(guān)系,與它們合作可以加強(qiáng)該國的能源安全。中國鄰國眾多且多是發(fā)展中國家,周邊形勢復(fù)雜,影響周邊穩(wěn)定的因素很多,而中國作為負(fù)責(zé)任的世界大國,需要維護(hù)該區(qū)域的和平與穩(wěn)定。本文題目是《絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶倡議視角下中國對中亞國家的能源外交分析》,它包括以下的部分:1.引言2.絲綢之路的形成和發(fā)展3.中國開展對中亞能源外交的背景4.中國對中亞能源外交的目標(biāo)、策略及現(xiàn)狀5.中國在中亞開展能源外交面臨的主要問題和挑戰(zhàn)6.結(jié)束語。各部分主要內(nèi)容歸納如下:第一章分析了絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的歷史和未來,第二章是本論文的核心部分,中國和中亞各國的能源關(guān)系,第三章提出了中國和中亞國家的能源外交情況,第四章說了大概國家之間的面臨的問題。結(jié)束語是對整篇論文的概括和總結(jié):1.絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的提出和發(fā)展;2.中國對中亞國家的能源外交關(guān)系;3.討論絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶和能源關(guān)系。除了上述部分之外,本論文還包括參考書目及感謝信等內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:China is the largest developing country in the world and has many neighboring countries. China's national strength is growing, its international discourse power is increasing, and its relations with neighboring countries are getting closer and closer. Therefore, China's new leadership needs to reformulate its diplomatic strategy and give play to the enormous role of neighboring diplomacy. In the past decade, China, with a population of 1.3 billion, has rapidly changed its backwardness for a century, experienced development at the beginning of the new century and gradually transferred to sustainable development. China's development achievements are based on social stability and non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries, which has won the respect of the world and strengthened people's confidence in building a multi-polar world. The world powers, including China, are ready to solve the most pressing global problems, and the establishment of relevant international organizations is the consensus among the world powers. China is a country with a long history. It invented paper, printing, compass, gunpowder, silk and ceramics for mankind. Modern China continues to lead the development of the world economy. In history, Chinese civilization has played an important role in the Silk Road between China and Europe, and under the present conditions, the world's demand for Chinese culture is more obvious. Modern businessmen and corporate executives can travel thousands of kilometers in just a few hours, while ancient merchants had to leave their homes for months, only using camels. But both modern and ancient merchants had the strength and courage to overcome any difficulty for their ultimate goal. With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the demand for energy is increasing. The rich energy resources of Central Asian countries encourage China to establish good cooperative relations with them, and cooperation with them can enhance the country's energy security. China's neighbors are many and most of them are developing countries. The surrounding situation is complex, and there are many factors that affect the stability of the neighboring countries. China, as a responsible world power, needs to maintain peace and stability in the region. The title of this paper is "China's Energy diplomacy Analysis to Central Asian countries from the Perspective of Silk Road Economic Belt Initiative", which includes the following parts: 1. Introduction 2. The formation and development of the Silk Road. Background of China's Energy diplomacy to Central Asia 4. China's goal, strategy and status quo of energy diplomacy in Central Asia. China's energy diplomacy in Central Asia faces major problems and challenges. Concluding remarks The main contents are summarized as follows: the first chapter analyzes the history and future of the Silk Road economic belt, the second chapter is the core part of this paper, the energy relations between China and Central Asian countries. The third chapter discusses the situation of energy diplomacy between China and Central Asian countries, and the fourth chapter discusses the problems between countries. The conclusion is a summary of the whole paper and a summary of the whole paper: 1. The Silk Road Economic Belt was put forward and developed. China's energy diplomatic relations with Central Asian countries Discuss the Silk Road economic belt and energy relations. In addition to the above part, this paper also includes bibliography and thank-you letters.
