專業(yè)市場(chǎng)業(yè)態(tài)適應(yīng)性影響因素的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來(lái),中國(guó)商品經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,專業(yè)市場(chǎng)作為一種重要的商業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)形態(tài)已成為聯(lián)結(jié)生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域和消費(fèi)領(lǐng)域的重要橋梁和紐帶,并在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)得到快速發(fā)展。但是,由于缺乏科學(xué)的規(guī)劃依據(jù)和一味追求大項(xiàng)目的政策傾向,在專業(yè)市場(chǎng)快速發(fā)展的同時(shí)也出現(xiàn)了布局不合理、部分專業(yè)市場(chǎng)空置、重復(fù)建設(shè)等問題,因此,研究如何評(píng)估城市專業(yè)市場(chǎng)業(yè)態(tài)適應(yīng)性及其影響因素對(duì)科學(xué)制定國(guó)內(nèi)大中城市專業(yè)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展規(guī)劃進(jìn)而促進(jìn)商貿(mào)流通發(fā)展,推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和升級(jí)具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文在構(gòu)建專業(yè)市場(chǎng)業(yè)態(tài)適應(yīng)性指數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,從產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的視角選取了全國(guó)35個(gè)城市2002~2010年的面板數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證研究了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、消費(fèi)潛力和交通條件對(duì)專業(yè)市場(chǎng)運(yùn)行質(zhì)量的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,從全國(guó)范圍來(lái)看,國(guó)內(nèi)專業(yè)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展迅速并未出現(xiàn)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家專業(yè)市場(chǎng)消亡現(xiàn)象,同時(shí)專業(yè)市場(chǎng)適應(yīng)性存在空間集聚性,東部地區(qū)明顯優(yōu)于中西部地區(qū)。此外,,第一產(chǎn)業(yè)占比、工業(yè)企業(yè)個(gè)數(shù)、城鎮(zhèn)居民可支配收入、工業(yè)生產(chǎn)總值、等級(jí)公路密度與鐵路密度在不同程度上對(duì)專業(yè)市場(chǎng)適應(yīng)性有正向影響,一定程度上說(shuō)明了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、消費(fèi)潛力和交通條件是影響城市專業(yè)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的重要因素。 從分東中西地區(qū)來(lái)看,東部地區(qū)工業(yè)企業(yè)個(gè)數(shù)、城鎮(zhèn)居民可支配收入、工業(yè)生產(chǎn)總值和等級(jí)公路密度對(duì)東部專業(yè)市場(chǎng)適應(yīng)性有顯著的正向影響,進(jìn)出口總額有顯著的反向影響;中部地區(qū)第一產(chǎn)業(yè)占比、工業(yè)企業(yè)個(gè)數(shù)、城鎮(zhèn)居民可支配收入和等級(jí)公路密度對(duì)中部專業(yè)市場(chǎng)適應(yīng)性有顯著的正向影響;西部地區(qū)第一產(chǎn)業(yè)占比、城鎮(zhèn)居民可支配收入、工業(yè)生產(chǎn)總值和進(jìn)出口總額對(duì)西部專業(yè)市場(chǎng)適應(yīng)性有顯著的正向影響,總體結(jié)果與全國(guó)范圍的考察保持一致。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's commodity economy has developed rapidly. As an important business operation, the professional market has become an important bridge and link in the field of production and consumption, and has developed rapidly throughout the country. However, because of the lack of scientific planning and the policy tendency to pursue big projects, the professional market is in the profession. At the same time, the rapid development of the market has also appeared in the unreasonable layout, the vacancy of some specialized markets, and the repeated construction. Therefore, the study of how to evaluate the adaptability of the professional market and the factors influencing the development of the professional market in the large and middle cities of China and promote the development of business circulation and promote the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure. It has important theoretical and practical significance.
On the basis of constructing the adaptive index of professional market format, this paper selects the panel data of 35 cities in China from the perspective of industrial cluster and empirically studies the influence of industrial cluster, consumption potential and traffic conditions on the running quality of professional market. The results show that the domestic professional market is developing fast from the national level. At the same time, there is no disappearance of professional market in developed countries, and there is spatial agglomeration in professional market adaptability, and the eastern region is obviously superior to the central and western regions. In addition, the proportion of the first industry, the number of industrial enterprises, the disposable income of urban residents, the gross industrial product, the grade highway density and the railway density are different to the professional market. Adaptability has a positive impact, to a certain extent, shows that industrial clusters, consumption potential and traffic conditions are important factors affecting the development of urban specialized market.
From the eastern and western regions, the number of industrial enterprises in the eastern region, the disposable income of urban residents, the gross industrial product and the grade road density have a significant positive impact on the adaptability of the eastern specialized market, and the total import and export total has a significant reverse effect; the first industry ratio in the central region, the number of industrial enterprises, and the urban residents can be controlled. The density of the entrance and grade highway has a significant positive effect on the adaptability of the central professional market; the proportion of the first industry in the western region, the disposable income of the urban residents, the gross industrial product and the total import and export have a significant positive effect on the adaptability of the western professional market, and the overall result is consistent with the survey of the whole country.
