【摘要】：濟(jì)寧都市區(qū)地處魯西南,是比較發(fā)達(dá)的城市密集區(qū),但長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)由于行政區(qū)劃的分離,沒(méi)有真正發(fā)揮區(qū)域增長(zhǎng)極的作用。論文以城市空間布局理論、區(qū)際經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系理論為基礎(chǔ),采取定性和定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)濟(jì)寧都市區(qū)構(gòu)建的產(chǎn)業(yè)驅(qū)動(dòng)路徑進(jìn)行了研究。 首先,論文總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)都市區(qū)的研究成果,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了本文的研究目標(biāo)、研究方法和技術(shù)路線(xiàn)。 其次,闡述了濟(jì)寧都市區(qū)的構(gòu)建背景,研究了都市區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)。都市區(qū)的發(fā)展條件優(yōu)越,規(guī)劃建設(shè)由來(lái)已久,但未取得理想效果。都市區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)驅(qū)動(dòng)需求強(qiáng)烈,表現(xiàn)在：“魯西經(jīng)濟(jì)隆起帶”競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈,都市區(qū)迫切需要加速發(fā)展；濟(jì)兗鄒曲嘉地緣相鄰,產(chǎn)業(yè)整合的基礎(chǔ)較好；都市區(qū)的整合發(fā)展是提升濟(jì)寧中心城區(qū)帶動(dòng)力,實(shí)現(xiàn)一體化發(fā)展的需要。從都市區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)總體狀況來(lái)看,其產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)仍為“二三一”型,重工業(yè)比重較大；產(chǎn)業(yè)布局呈現(xiàn)明顯的“濟(jì)兗集中、周邊分散”的特征,地區(qū)發(fā)展不平衡；產(chǎn)業(yè)集群規(guī)模仍較小,層次較低,地區(qū)間橫向聯(lián)系弱,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈偏短；各地區(qū)已自發(fā)開(kāi)始融合,產(chǎn)業(yè)一體化發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)明顯。 最后,針對(duì)濟(jì)寧都市區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)分析結(jié)果,提出了都市區(qū)構(gòu)建的產(chǎn)業(yè)驅(qū)動(dòng)路徑和策略。從產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)、產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚、產(chǎn)業(yè)整合的角度出發(fā),提出了濟(jì)寧都市區(qū)構(gòu)建的產(chǎn)業(yè)驅(qū)動(dòng)路徑：工程機(jī)械、紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)需重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)；煤化工、金融信息與科技研發(fā)產(chǎn)業(yè)需集聚培育；文化旅游、商貿(mào)物流、生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)需整合發(fā)展；文章最后從構(gòu)筑都市區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)空間組織、完善都市區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展支撐體系、建設(shè)都市區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)一體化發(fā)展保障機(jī)制等三個(gè)方面提出了濟(jì)寧都市區(qū)構(gòu)建的產(chǎn)業(yè)驅(qū)動(dòng)策略。
[Abstract]:The Jining metropolitan area is located in the southwest of Shandong Province and is a relatively developed urban area. However, due to the separation of administrative divisions, Jining metropolitan area has not really played the role of regional growth pole for a long time. Based on the theory of urban spatial layout and the theory of inter-regional economic connection, this paper studies the industrial driving path of the construction of Jining metropolitan area by the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Firstly, the paper summarizes the research results of metropolitan area at home and abroad, and then puts forward the research objectives, research methods and technical route of this paper. Secondly, the background of the construction of Jining metropolitan area is expounded, and the industrial basis of the metropolitan area is studied. The development condition of the metropolitan area is superior, the planning and construction has a long history, but has not obtained the ideal effect. The strong demand for industrial driving in the metropolitan area is manifested in the following aspects: fierce competition in the "economic uplift zone of western Shandong", the urgent need for rapid development in the metropolitan area, the geographical proximity of Jiyan Zou Qujia, and the better basis for industrial integration; The integration development of the metropolitan area is the need to promote the driving force and realize the integration development in the central district of Jining. From the view of the overall industrial situation of the metropolitan area, its industrial structure is still of "two three one" type, the proportion of heavy industry is large, the industrial layout shows the characteristic of "Jiyan concentration, surrounding dispersion", and the regional development is unbalanced. The scale of industrial cluster is still small, the level is low, the horizontal connection between regions is weak, and the industrial chain is short; each region has started to merge spontaneously, and the development trend of industrial integration is obvious. Finally, according to the industry analysis results of Jining metropolitan area, the industrial driving path and strategy are put forward. From the perspective of industrial upgrading, industrial agglomeration and industrial integration, this paper puts forward the industrial driving path for the construction of Jining metropolitan area: construction machinery, textile and clothing industries need to focus on industrial upgrading, coal chemical industry, Financial information and science and technology R & D industry needs agglomeration and cultivation; Cultural tourism, trade logistics, biomedical industry need to be integrated and developed; finally, the article constructs the metropolitan industrial space organization, and consummates the supporting system of metropolitan industrial development. This paper puts forward the industrial driving strategy of the construction of Jining metropolitan area from three aspects: the construction of the industrial integration development mechanism of the metropolitan area.
