【摘要】：本文從中國鐵路"走出去"過程中建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)存在的問題出發(fā),通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系架構(gòu)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)專業(yè)條款兩個(gè)層面對中外鐵路建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的差異進(jìn)行了分析,剖析其中不利于中國鐵路"走出去"的因素,研究提出了消除或減少不利因素的建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)總體戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、分步實(shí)施計(jì)劃及相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the differences between Chinese and foreign railway construction standards in terms of standard system structure and standard specialty terms from the point of view of the problems existing in the construction standards in the process of "going out" of Chinese railways. This paper analyzes the factors which are unfavorable to the "going out" of Chinese railway, and puts forward the overall strategic goal of the construction standard for eliminating or reducing the unfavorable factors, the step-by-step implementation plan and the related suggestions.
