【摘要】：隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚成為當(dāng)代的主流經(jīng)濟(jì)形式,產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移與產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚在全球范圍內(nèi)不斷上演。我國(guó)東部沿海發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)正面臨著資源供給和需求條件的惡化,為尋求更廣闊的發(fā)展空間,一些產(chǎn)業(yè)將眼光放在了資源豐富、有巨大發(fā)展空間的中西部地區(qū)。恰逢中共中央關(guān)于中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略地位政策的確立,河南省做為中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的主體,理所當(dāng)然的要主動(dòng)承接?xùn)|部沿海的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移,以促進(jìn)自身的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。 河南省在探索促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)跨越式發(fā)展的課題時(shí),產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)作為一種新的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展形式,成為了河南省優(yōu)化經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)跨越式發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略突破口。河南省地處中原,有著得天獨(dú)厚的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì),自然資源和人力資源豐富,是承接?xùn)|部沿海產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的首選地。同時(shí),河南省承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移也面臨著產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)層次低,資源環(huán)境的保護(hù)以及與兄弟省市的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)等諸多問題。建設(shè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū),創(chuàng)造相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚條件,提高河南省自身的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚能力,才能使河南省在承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和新一輪經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中脫穎而出。本文將以產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)理論作為支撐,采用定量與定性分析的方法分析河南省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)發(fā)展的相關(guān)問題,探討影響河南省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)發(fā)展的因素。而后,利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)和多元回歸實(shí)證分析承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移對(duì)河南省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)發(fā)展的影響,從而初步探索產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移背景下河南省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)發(fā)展的升級(jí)路徑問題,最后提出對(duì)策建議。本文主要分六個(gè)章節(jié)進(jìn)行論述： 第一章是緒論部分。本章主要闡述了論文的研究背景、研究目的及意義,繼而對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,并介紹了論文的研究思路、方法和研究的創(chuàng)新之處。 第二章是對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移及區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)相關(guān)理論的闡述。分別對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的理論內(nèi)涵及形成階段、產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的概念及形成原因、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的理論內(nèi)涵及動(dòng)因、產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的相互作用機(jī)理進(jìn)行了理論分析與闡述。 第三章主要是對(duì)河南省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及影響因素進(jìn)行定量與定性的分析。從河南省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)發(fā)展所具有的優(yōu)勢(shì)資源及區(qū)位狀況入手,建立了靜態(tài)與動(dòng)態(tài)相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度指標(biāo),對(duì)河南省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的工業(yè)制造業(yè)集聚狀況進(jìn)行分析,繼而分析了河南省發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的影響因素。 第四章是本文的實(shí)證部分,首先對(duì)對(duì)河南省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的發(fā)展因素進(jìn)行灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移與河南省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚之間的影響進(jìn)行多元回歸分析。 第五章在以上理論和實(shí)證分析的基礎(chǔ)上,分析河南省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)發(fā)展的路徑選擇問題,并提出相關(guān)對(duì)策建議。 第六章是本文分析結(jié)果的總結(jié),并對(duì)后續(xù)研究提出建議。
[Abstract]:As industrial agglomeration has become the mainstream economic form, industrial transfer and industrial agglomeration have been performed all over the world. The developed areas along the eastern coast of China are facing the deterioration of resource supply and demand conditions. In order to seek a broader space for development, some industries have put their eyes on the central and western regions with abundant resources and huge development space. As the main body of the Central Plains Economic Zone, Henan Province should take the initiative to undertake the industrial transfer of the eastern coast in order to promote its own economic development. As a new form of economic development, the industrial agglomeration area has become a strategic breakthrough to optimize the economic structure and realize the economic leap-forward development in Henan Province while exploring the subject of promoting the economic development by leaps and bounds. Henan Province is located in the Central Plains, with unique geographical advantages, rich natural resources and human resources, and is the preferred place to undertake industrial transfer along the eastern coast. At the same time, Henan Province is faced with many problems, such as the low level of industrial structure, the protection of resources and environment, and the competition with other provinces and cities. Only by constructing the industrial agglomeration area, creating the corresponding industrial agglomeration conditions and improving the industrial agglomeration ability of Henan Province, can Henan stand out in the competition of undertaking industrial transfer and a new round of economic development. Based on the theories of industrial agglomeration, industrial transfer and regional economy, this paper analyzes the problems related to the development of industrial agglomeration area in Henan Province by means of quantitative and qualitative analysis, and probes into the factors influencing the development of industrial agglomeration area in Henan Province. Then, by using grey correlation and multiple regression, the paper analyzes the impact of undertaking industrial transfer on the development of industrial agglomeration area in Henan Province, and explores the upgrading path of industrial agglomeration area development in Henan Province under the background of industrial transfer. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction. This chapter mainly describes the research background, purpose and significance of the paper, and then analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, and introduces the research ideas, methods and research innovations. The second chapter is the industrial agglomeration, industrial transfer and regional economic related theory. The theoretical connotation and formation stage of industrial agglomeration, the concept and reasons of industrial agglomeration area, the theoretical connotation and motivation of industrial transfer, and the interaction mechanism between industrial agglomeration and industrial transfer are analyzed and expounded respectively. The third chapter is the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the present situation and influencing factors of industrial agglomeration in Henan province. Starting with the advantages and location of the development of industrial agglomeration area in Henan Province, a static and dynamic industrial agglomeration index is established to analyze the industrial manufacturing agglomeration status of Henan industrial agglomeration area. Then it analyzes the factors influencing the development of industrial agglomeration area in Henan Province. The fourth chapter is the empirical part of this paper, first of all, the development factors of industrial agglomeration in Henan Province are analyzed by grey correlation analysis, on the basis of which, the impact of industrial transfer and industrial agglomeration in Henan Province is analyzed by multivariate regression analysis. On the basis of the above theoretical and empirical analysis, the fifth chapter analyzes the path selection of the development of industrial agglomeration area in Henan Province, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. The sixth chapter is a summary of the results of this paper, and put forward suggestions for the follow-up study.
