【摘要】：中國特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的基本經(jīng)濟(jì)范疇是什么?需要做出全面系統(tǒng)的研究和探討。該文提出,共同富裕范疇,可以作為中國特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論體系基本經(jīng)濟(jì)范疇。主要理由是:共同富裕范疇涵蓋了人民群眾的根本利益,體現(xiàn)了中國特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)以人民為中心的根本立場;共同富裕是中國特色社會(huì)主義的根本目標(biāo),反映中國特色社會(huì)主義的本質(zhì)特征,是中國特色社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)制度區(qū)別于以往一切剝削制度的根本標(biāo)志;共同富裕是中國特色社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的軸心,體現(xiàn)中國特色社會(huì)主義基本經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律的主要要求。中國全面實(shí)現(xiàn)小康社會(huì)的目標(biāo),和扶貧脫貧的重大舉措,是共同富裕理論的偉大實(shí)踐。共同富裕范疇和理論,是構(gòu)筑中國特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)科學(xué)體系的核心。以此為指導(dǎo),設(shè)想分五大篇:第一篇,中國特色社會(huì)主義基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度和體制機(jī)制,是實(shí)現(xiàn)共同富裕的制度保證。第二篇,解放生產(chǎn)力、發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力是中國特色社會(huì)主義的根本任務(wù),是實(shí)現(xiàn)共同富裕的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。第三篇,微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行,是共同富裕在微觀領(lǐng)域的實(shí)現(xiàn)。第四篇,宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行,是共同富裕在宏觀領(lǐng)域的實(shí)現(xiàn)。第五篇,國際經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系和對外開放既是加快中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)共同富裕的手段,又是構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體,在世界范圍內(nèi)共建共享,促進(jìn)世界人民共同富裕。
[Abstract]:What is the basic economic category of the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics? Need to make comprehensive and systematic research and discussion. This paper puts forward that the category of common prosperity can be regarded as the basic economic category of the theoretical system of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics. The main reasons are: the category of common prosperity covers the fundamental interests of the people and embodies the fundamental stand of building socialism with Chinese characteristics centered on the people; common prosperity is the fundamental goal of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Reflecting the essential characteristics of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the fundamental sign that the socialist economic system with Chinese characteristics is different from all the exploitative systems in the past; common prosperity is the axis of the operation of the socialist economy with Chinese characteristics. Embody the main requirement of the basic economic law of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is a great practice of the theory of common prosperity for China to achieve the goal of a well-off society in an all-round way and to alleviate poverty and lift itself out of poverty. The category and theory of common prosperity is the core of constructing the scientific system of political economy with Chinese characteristics. Under this guidance, it is envisaged that there are five parts: the first, the basic economic system and institutional mechanism of socialism with Chinese characteristics are the institutional guarantee for realizing common prosperity. The second part, liberating productive forces and developing productive forces is the fundamental task of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the material basis for realizing common prosperity. The third, micro-economic operation, is the realization of common prosperity in the micro-field. The fourth, macro-economic operation, is the realization of common prosperity in the macro-field. The fifth part, the international economic relations and the opening to the outside world are not only the means to accelerate China's economic development and realize common prosperity, but also the construction of human destiny community, to build and share in the world, and to promote the common prosperity of the people of the world.
