【摘要】：滇中產(chǎn)業(yè)新區(qū)是為了推進(jìn)橋頭堡戰(zhàn)略而建立的一個示范樣板區(qū)、一個新的帶動區(qū)，以提升滇中經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的競爭力、輻射力、影響力和帶動力，用來推動產(chǎn)業(yè)的聚集與發(fā)展。滇中產(chǎn)業(yè)新區(qū)的建設(shè)給云南的跨越發(fā)展帶來了一個新的增長極和“火車頭”，能夠加快經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變和產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化升級，帶動全省實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的重大突破。 滇中產(chǎn)業(yè)新區(qū)的概念剛剛提出一年，各方面還處在起步階段，為了滇中產(chǎn)業(yè)新區(qū)更好的發(fā)展，本文以產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與增長極的形成分析研究為題，從多個角度出發(fā)查找相關(guān)資料和文獻(xiàn)（地理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)以及政府出臺的文件），又從多角度出發(fā)進(jìn)行滇中產(chǎn)業(yè)新區(qū)的集聚情況分析研究。 首先，研究產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚理論與增長極理論、二者之間的關(guān)系，并進(jìn)行滇中產(chǎn)業(yè)新區(qū)影響因素（地理位置、地勢地貌、資源稟賦、交通運(yùn)輸、文化旅游資源、產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)以及政府政策）的研究分析及曲線估計(jì)分析。 其次，在依據(jù)所收集數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上，利用空間基尼系數(shù)和絕對集中度指數(shù)來衡量滇中產(chǎn)業(yè)新區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚水平，利用區(qū)位熵指數(shù)來衡量滇中產(chǎn)業(yè)新區(qū)各縣區(qū)的集聚水平。 最后，結(jié)合收集數(shù)據(jù)，，指出滇中產(chǎn)業(yè)新區(qū)未來發(fā)展定位及對策建議。 通過文章通篇分析與論證,得出滇中產(chǎn)業(yè)新區(qū)現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展有待提高，未來發(fā)展中將作為云南省最重要的核心區(qū)域和增長極,其自身內(nèi)部的經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)與發(fā)展模式都在不斷完善與進(jìn)步,產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚力與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長極作用比較明顯,雖然與發(fā)達(dá)城市群仍有差距,但滇中產(chǎn)業(yè)新區(qū)的發(fā)展速度與進(jìn)程不斷加快。預(yù)計(jì)到2020年，以汽車和裝備制造、電子信息、生物等為主的中高端產(chǎn)業(yè)體系基本形成，科技創(chuàng)新引領(lǐng)能力、產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力和發(fā)展實(shí)力明顯增強(qiáng)，新區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值達(dá)到6000億元左右，產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚能力大大提高和推動橋頭堡建設(shè)的重要增長極基本形成。
[Abstract]:The new industrial area in central Yunnan is a demonstration model area and a new driving area established to promote the strategy of bridgehead. It is used to promote the agglomeration and development of the industry in order to enhance the competitiveness, radiation, influence and driving force of the economic circle in central Yunnan. The construction of the new industrial area in the middle of Yunnan has brought a new growth pole and "locomotive" to the leapfrogging development of Yunnan, which can speed up the adjustment of economic structure, change the mode of development and upgrade the industry, and drive the province to realize a major breakthrough in economy. The concept of the new industrial area in central Yunnan has just been put forward for one year, and all aspects are still in its infancy. In order to better develop the industrial new area in the middle of Yunnan, this paper focuses on the analysis of the formation of industrial agglomeration and growth poles. This paper looks up the relevant data and documents from many angles (geography, economics and documents issued by the government), and analyzes and studies the gathering situation of the new industrial area in central Yunnan from many angles. First of all, the paper studies the relationship between industrial agglomeration theory and growth pole theory, and carries out the influence factors (geographical location, topography, resource endowment, transportation, cultural tourism resources) in the new industrial area in central Yunnan. Research and analysis of industry base and government policy. Secondly, on the basis of the collected data, the spatial Gini coefficient and absolute concentration index are used to measure the level of industrial agglomeration in central Yunnan industrial new area, and the location entropy index is used to measure the level of industrial agglomeration in each county of central Yunnan industrial new area. Finally, based on the collected data, this paper points out the future development orientation and countermeasures of the new industrial area in central Yunnan. Through the analysis and argumentation of the whole article, it is concluded that the development of the new industrial area in central Yunnan needs to be improved at the present stage and will be the most important core region and growth pole of Yunnan Province in the future. Its internal economic structure and development model are constantly improving and progressing. The role of industrial agglomeration and economic growth pole is obvious. Although there is still a gap with the developed urban agglomeration, the speed and process of the development of the new industrial area in central Yunnan is speeding up. It is expected that by 2020, the mid-to-high-end industrial system, which is dominated by automobile and equipment manufacturing, electronic information and biology, will be basically formed, the scientific and technological innovation leading ability, industrial competitiveness and development strength will be significantly enhanced, and the gross domestic product of the new area will reach about 600 billion yuan. Industrial agglomeration capacity greatly improved and promoted bridgehead construction of important growth pole basic formation.
