【摘要】：中國(guó)目前是非洲的最大的投資者。世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體已經(jīng)幾十年投資到整個(gè)非洲大陸,并與當(dāng)?shù)卣３至肆己玫年P(guān)系。然而在新千年中國(guó)開(kāi)始進(jìn)行大型投資項(xiàng)目,因此吸引了國(guó)際媒體的關(guān)注。中國(guó)的投資協(xié)助了非洲國(guó)家的發(fā)展其中安哥拉和贊比亞的發(fā)展。中國(guó)公司需要克服因在安哥拉和贊比亞投資項(xiàng)目的增加的數(shù)量導(dǎo)致的較嚴(yán)重的挑戰(zhàn)。安哥拉和贊比亞的挑戰(zhàn)大部分是相似的,但差異也確實(shí)存在。中國(guó)在非洲大陸投資的動(dòng)機(jī)主投資項(xiàng)目要是追求資源和中國(guó)進(jìn)入市場(chǎng)的模式以外國(guó)直接投資為主；所以這些相似的挑戰(zhàn)在別的非洲國(guó)家也存在。本文論述了中國(guó)在安哥拉和贊比亞的投資動(dòng)機(jī)和投資對(duì)中國(guó)公司在這兩個(gè)國(guó)家遇到的挑戰(zhàn)的影響使用了鄧寧的折衷模式與現(xiàn)代化理論來(lái)分析。有的例子是用別的非洲國(guó)家來(lái)表示的。本文要判斷中國(guó)公司在安哥拉和贊比亞投資的動(dòng)機(jī)和中國(guó)公司要處理挑戰(zhàn)的出現(xiàn)原因�？傊�,本文要討論為了提高中國(guó)在安哥拉和贊比亞與非洲其他國(guó)家的地位和名譽(yù)必要的政策變化。
[Abstract]:China is currently the largest investor in Africa. The world's second largest economy has invested across the continent for decades and maintained good relations with local governments. However, in the new millennium China began to carry out large investment projects, thus attracting international media attention. Chinese investment has helped the development of African countries, including Angola and Zambia. Chinese companies need to overcome the more serious challenges posed by the increase in investment projects in Angola and Zambia. The challenges in Angola and Zambia are mostly similar, but differences do exist. China's incentive to invest in the continent is driven by foreign direct investment (FDI) in the pursuit of resources and China's entry into the market; so these similar challenges exist in other African countries as well. This paper discusses the motivation of China's investment in Angola and Zambia and the impact of investment on the challenges faced by Chinese firms in these two countries. Dunning's compromise model and modernization theory are used to analyze it. Some examples are expressed in other African countries. This paper tries to determine the motivations of Chinese companies to invest in Angola and Zambia and the reasons why Chinese companies have to deal with the challenges. In summary, this paper discusses the policy changes necessary to enhance China's status and reputation in Angola and Zambia and other African countries.
