【摘要】：隨著企業(yè)工資指導線和最低工資標準的逐年上調,工資上漲對我國企業(yè)國際貿易的成本效應日益顯現(xiàn)。本文通過構建Probit聯(lián)立方程和似無相關模型,考察了最低工資和平均工資上漲將如何對企業(yè)出口和對外直接投資(OFDI)行為產生影響。實證結果表明:最低工資和平均工資的上漲在提升企業(yè)OFDI意愿的同時抑制了企業(yè)的出口,并且出口和OFDI存在協(xié)同促進效應;此外,工資上漲對中西部地區(qū)以及小規(guī)模企業(yè)的成本效應顯著高于其對東部地區(qū)和大中型企業(yè)的影響。因此,要實現(xiàn)共同富裕和國際貿易轉型升級的協(xié)同發(fā)展,應著力保障低收入者的生活質量,適度增加社會平均工資水平,在培育中等收入階層、擴大內需的同時,積極踐行出口退稅、自貿區(qū)建設等鼓勵出口的政策措施,將工資上漲對企業(yè)出口的負面影響降到最低,從"引進來"到"走出去",實現(xiàn)出口和OFDI協(xié)同發(fā)展的國際貿易新格局。
[Abstract]:With the increase of wage guidance line and minimum wage standard, the cost effect of wage increase on Chinese enterprises' international trade is becoming more and more obvious. Based on the simultaneous Probit equation and the seemingly unrelated model, this paper examines how the minimum wage and the average wage increase will affect the export and OFDI behavior of firms. The empirical results show that the increase of minimum wage and average wage not only increases the willingness of OFDI, but also inhibits the export of enterprises, and there is a synergistic effect between export and OFDI. The cost effect of wage increase on the Midwest and small enterprises is significantly higher than that on the eastern region and large and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, in order to achieve the coordinated development of common prosperity and the transformation and upgrading of international trade, efforts should be made to ensure the quality of life of low-income people, appropriately increase the average social wage level, while nurturing the middle-income class and expanding domestic demand. We should actively carry out export tax rebate, free trade zone construction and other policies and measures to encourage exports, reduce the negative impact of wage increases on enterprises' exports to the minimum, and realize a new pattern of international trade in which exports and OFDI develop in a coordinated way from "bringing in" to "going out".
