【摘要】：美國(guó)次貸危機(jī)的爆發(fā)導(dǎo)致全球經(jīng)濟(jì)陷入持續(xù)衰退,金磚國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)出現(xiàn)了放緩趨勢(shì)。在此背景下,金磚國(guó)家積極尋求合作來(lái)應(yīng)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和金融的挑戰(zhàn),金融合作是各項(xiàng)合作深入的重要突破口。然而,因政治機(jī)能紊亂、國(guó)際油價(jià)暴跌和整體環(huán)境疲軟等問(wèn)題,金磚各成員國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)出現(xiàn)了不同程度的下滑,外界對(duì)其金融合作的可持續(xù)性及前景產(chǎn)生了質(zhì)疑。本文首先對(duì)金磚國(guó)家金融合作可持續(xù)發(fā)展進(jìn)行理論分析;其次,結(jié)合金磚國(guó)家金融合作現(xiàn)狀探討其金融合作可持續(xù)發(fā)展的制約因素;然后,鑒于上述分析建立金融規(guī)模、效率、外部環(huán)境和合作效益子系統(tǒng)并運(yùn)用因子分析進(jìn)行測(cè)算,基于灰色GM(1,N)模型和測(cè)算結(jié)果建立影響因素模型。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)歷次貸危機(jī)后,金磚各國(guó)金融規(guī)模、效率、外部環(huán)境和合作效益受到?jīng)_擊均呈現(xiàn)短期下降的趨勢(shì),隨著金磚國(guó)家成立和金融合作的推進(jìn),金融規(guī)模、效率、外部環(huán)境和合作效益呈現(xiàn)了逐年向上或逐漸穩(wěn)定的趨勢(shì)。金磚成員國(guó)金融規(guī)模均促進(jìn)各自的合作效益發(fā)展,俄羅斯和印度的金融效率及巴西和俄羅斯的金融外部環(huán)境則起了阻礙作用。最后,本文結(jié)合研究結(jié)果認(rèn)為各成員國(guó)應(yīng)通過(guò)健全多元合作、優(yōu)化金融結(jié)構(gòu),促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化和出臺(tái)經(jīng)貿(mào)政策來(lái)支持金融合作的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The outbreak of the U.S. subprime crisis has plunged the global economy into a continuing recession, slowing growth in the BRICS. Against this background, BRICS countries actively seek cooperation to meet economic and financial challenges, and financial cooperation is an important breakthrough for further cooperation. However, due to political dysfunction, plummeting international oil prices and a weak overall environment, the BRICS economies have experienced varying degrees of decline in economic growth, raising questions about the sustainability and prospects of their financial cooperation. Firstly, this paper makes a theoretical analysis on the sustainable development of financial cooperation among BRICS countries; secondly, considering the current situation of financial cooperation among the BRICS countries, discusses the constraints on the sustainable development of their financial cooperation; and then, in view of the establishment of the financial scale and efficiency of the above analysis, The external environment and cooperative benefit subsystem were calculated by factor analysis, and the influence factor model was established based on the grey GM1N) model and the result of calculation. The empirical results show that: after the sub-prime crisis, the financial scale, efficiency, external environment and cooperation benefit of BRICS countries are all affected by the short-term downward trend. With the establishment of BRICS countries and the promotion of financial cooperation, the financial scale and efficiency of BRICS countries, The external environment and cooperation benefit showed the trend of increasing or gradually stable year by year. The financial size of the BRICS countries promotes their cooperative effectiveness, while the financial efficiency of Russia and India and the external financial environment of Brazil and Russia play a hindrance. Finally, according to the research results, this paper holds that all member countries should optimize the financial structure, promote industrial optimization and issue economic and trade policies to support the sustainable development of financial cooperation through the improvement of pluralistic cooperation.
