【摘要】："一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略對于印度而言,戰(zhàn)略對接優(yōu)于戰(zhàn)略對沖,中印在產(chǎn)能合作、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、甚至在民用核電建設(shè)方面都存在巨大的合作潛力和空間。中印關(guān)系發(fā)展應(yīng)堅持"求同存異",具體可以包括以下方面:明確中印產(chǎn)能合作框架;兼顧雙邊利益、發(fā)揮比較優(yōu)勢;穩(wěn)妥有序推進交通設(shè)施、信息技術(shù)、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)品、珠寶紡織、鋼鐵有色、能源電力、工程機械等領(lǐng)域的產(chǎn)能合作;深化中印海洋科技領(lǐng)域合作;探索多樣化融資渠道;成立中印產(chǎn)能合作指導(dǎo)委員會;推進"民心互通"等。
[Abstract]:For India, "Belt and Road" strategy is superior to strategic hedging, and there is huge potential and space for cooperation in capacity cooperation, infrastructure construction and even civil nuclear power construction between China and India. The development of Sino-Indian relations should adhere to the principle of "seeking common ground while reserving differences," which can include the following aspects: defining the framework of Sino-Indian capacity cooperation; taking into account bilateral interests and giving play to comparative advantages; and steadily and orderly promoting transport facilities, information technology, agricultural products, jewelry and textiles, Cooperation in the fields of iron and steel, energy, electricity, construction machinery, etc.; deepening cooperation between China and India in marine science and technology; exploring diversified financing channels; setting up a steering committee for Sino-Indian production capacity cooperation; and promoting "mutual understanding among the people."
