【摘要】：自中國積極推進“走出去”戰(zhàn)略以來,中國對外直接投資(Outward Foreign Direct Investment,OFDI)取得令人矚目的成就,這激起學者們研究中國對外直接投資的興趣,相關(guān)研究角度集中在中國對外直接投資的尋求動因、區(qū)位選擇、溢出效應和影響因素等方面,這些研究角度中,經(jīng)濟因素成為研究的焦點。尤其是,母國和東道國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平影響我國對外直接投資的研究成為學術(shù)界不斷探討的問題。因此,本研究借鑒跨國投資引力模型,以經(jīng)濟距離為本研究的視角,探討經(jīng)濟距離對我國對外直接投資的影響,為中國對外直接投資的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供一定的理論依據(jù)和經(jīng)驗參考。本研究對經(jīng)濟距離和對外直接投資的概念做了較為清晰的界定,詳細梳理經(jīng)濟因素與對外直接投資的國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻,以此作為本研究的理論邏輯起點。為了較好地考察經(jīng)濟距離對我國對外直接投資的影響,本研究嘗試借鑒引力模型,構(gòu)建經(jīng)濟距離影響我國對外直接投資的理論模型,提出研究假設(shè)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本研究分析經(jīng)濟距離與我國對外直接投資的特征事實,著重考察我國對外直接投資和經(jīng)濟距離的特點,并直觀地探討經(jīng)濟距離與我國對外直接投資的關(guān)系,證實經(jīng)濟距離與中國對外直接投資為負向關(guān)系。為了得到更為穩(wěn)健的經(jīng)驗支持,本研究進一步利用2003-2015年間中國對123個國家或地區(qū)的對外直接投資面板數(shù)據(jù),利用System-GMM估計方法,實證研究經(jīng)濟距離對我國對外直接投資的影響。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)濟距離對中國對外直接投資具有顯著的負向影響,即經(jīng)濟距離增加會減少中國對外直接投資的規(guī)模。區(qū)分不同方向的經(jīng)濟距離后,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)正向經(jīng)濟距離顯著地正向影響中國對外直接投資,在正向經(jīng)濟距離下,我國對外直接投資借助經(jīng)濟距離發(fā)揮競爭優(yōu)勢進入經(jīng)濟相對較小的東道國;負向經(jīng)濟距離顯著地負向影響中國對外直接投資,在負向經(jīng)濟距離下,我國對外直接投資進入經(jīng)濟相對發(fā)達的東道國,可獲得國外先進的科學技術(shù)、品牌、專利、管理經(jīng)驗等無形資產(chǎn),提升未來的國際競爭地位。此外,本研究還從東道國所屬區(qū)域分組、時間歸屬分組、“一帶一路”沿線國家及不同投資動機下探討經(jīng)濟距離對中國對外直接投的影響。
[Abstract]:Since China actively promoted the "going out" strategy, China's foreign direct investment (OFDI) has made remarkable achievements, which has aroused scholars' interest in studying China's foreign direct investment. The related research angle focuses on the seeking motivation, location choice, spillover effect and influencing factors of China's FDI. Among these research angles, economic factors become the focus of the research. In particular, the level of economic development in home and host countries has become an issue of constant discussion in academic circles. Therefore, this study draws lessons from the gravity model of transnational investment, and discusses the impact of economic distance on China's foreign direct investment from the perspective of economic distance. It provides some theoretical basis and experience reference for the sustainable development of China's foreign direct investment. In this study, the concepts of economic distance and foreign direct investment are clearly defined, and the relevant literature on economic factors and foreign direct investment is combed in detail, which is regarded as the theoretical logical starting point of this study. In order to investigate the influence of economic distance on China's foreign direct investment (FDI), this study attempts to use gravity model for reference to construct the theoretical model of economic distance influencing China's foreign direct investment (FDI), and puts forward the research hypothesis. On this basis, this study analyzes the characteristics of economic distance and China's foreign direct investment, focuses on the characteristics of China's foreign direct investment and economic distance, and intuitively discusses the relationship between economic distance and China's foreign direct investment. Proved that the economic distance and China's foreign direct investment is a negative relationship. In order to obtain more robust empirical support, this study further uses China's FDI panel data from 2003 to 2015 to 123 countries or regions, and uses System-GMM estimation method to empirically study the impact of economic distance on China's foreign direct investment (FDI). The results show that the economic distance has a significant negative impact on China's foreign direct investment, that is, the increase of economic distance will reduce the scale of China's foreign direct investment. After differentiating the economic distance in different directions, the study found that the positive economic distance had a significant positive impact on China's outward direct investment (FDI), and under the positive economic distance, With the help of economic distance, China's foreign direct investment (FDI) enters the host country with relatively small economy, and the negative economic distance has a significant negative impact on China's foreign direct investment under the negative economic distance. China's foreign direct investment (FDI) enters the relatively developed host country and can obtain foreign advanced science and technology, brand, patent, management experience and other intangible assets, so as to enhance the future international competitive position. In addition, this study also discusses the influence of economic distance on China's direct foreign investment from regional grouping, temporal grouping, "Belt and Road" countries along the route and different investment motivations.
