【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,我國的城市化步伐也逐漸加快,在城市化建設(shè)過程中,環(huán)境污染越來越嚴(yán)重,該問題引起了社會各界的重視。城市化建設(shè)雖然加快了鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),推動了地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,改善了人們的生活水平,但也引發(fā)了各類環(huán)境問題,環(huán)境污染的加重給延邊州經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來了巨大的阻礙,也影響了社會的健康發(fā)展,極易引發(fā)各類社會問題。引發(fā)環(huán)境污染原因多種多樣,既有主觀因素,也有客觀因素。目前,延邊州出現(xiàn)的污染問題包括噪聲污染、大氣污染和水污染等。另外在法律層面、政府監(jiān)管、群眾承受力等諸多方面。本文通過延邊州經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和生態(tài)自然環(huán)境概況,總結(jié)延邊州環(huán)境污染治理中存在環(huán)境保護(hù)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施薄落、人口與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡、固體廢棄物處理帶來經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展因素、農(nóng)村環(huán)境保護(hù)形勢嚴(yán)惡、地表水不同程度污染待改善等問題,并針對上述問題,強調(diào)了人與自然和諧發(fā)展,堅持科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,加大力度做好環(huán)保宣傳工作,積極參與環(huán)境保護(hù)活動,加強環(huán)境保護(hù)意識。同時提出了加快城市環(huán)境保護(hù)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),加大環(huán)境污染防治工作,并調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),轉(zhuǎn)變消費方式,提倡低碳生活方式。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the pace of urbanization in our country is also speeding up gradually. In the process of urbanization construction, environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, which has aroused the attention of all walks of life. Although urbanization has accelerated the infrastructure construction of villages and towns, promoted regional economic development and improved people's living standards, it has also caused various environmental problems. The aggravation of environmental pollution has brought enormous obstacles to the economic development of Yanbian Prefecture. Also affected the healthy development of society, easy to cause all kinds of social problems. The causes of environmental pollution are various, both subjective and objective. At present, the pollution problems in Yanbian Prefecture include noise pollution, air pollution and water pollution. In addition, in the legal level, government supervision, mass tolerance and many other aspects. Based on the present situation of economic development and ecological natural environment in Yanbian prefecture, this paper summarizes the factors of stable economic development brought by the treatment of environmental pollution in Yanbian prefecture, such as thin environmental protection infrastructure, unbalanced population and economic development, and the treatment of solid waste. The situation of environmental protection in rural areas is strict and evil, and surface water pollution in varying degrees needs to be improved. In view of the above problems, the harmonious development of man and nature is emphasized, the concept of scientific development is adhered to, and efforts are made to do a good job in promoting environmental protection. Actively participate in environmental protection activities and strengthen environmental protection awareness. At the same time, it is proposed to speed up the construction of urban environmental protection infrastructure, to increase the prevention and control of environmental pollution, to adjust the industrial structure, to change the consumption mode, and to promote the low-carbon lifestyle.
