【摘要】：近年來(lái)我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資和能源進(jìn)口增長(zhǎng)迅速,在經(jīng)驗(yàn)判斷上兩者之間應(yīng)存在相互促進(jìn)作用。本文選取2000-2014年中國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資與能源進(jìn)口數(shù)據(jù),采用3SLS方法對(duì)兩者之間關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:總體上,我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資與能源進(jìn)口之間確實(shí)存在雙向因果關(guān)系,但這種相互促進(jìn)作用對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家表現(xiàn)明顯,而對(duì)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家僅表現(xiàn)為對(duì)外直接投資促進(jìn)了能源進(jìn)口,能源進(jìn)口對(duì)中國(guó)在發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的直接投資沒(méi)有顯著影響。因此,資源尋求型OFDI已經(jīng)成為并應(yīng)繼續(xù)成為我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資的重要趨勢(shì),我國(guó)政府應(yīng)進(jìn)一步鼓勵(lì)國(guó)有企業(yè)在能源富裕國(guó)家增加能源開采領(lǐng)域的直接投資,此外也應(yīng)注重加強(qiáng)向發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家投資以獲取逆向技術(shù)溢出。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's foreign direct investment (FDI) and energy import have increased rapidly. Based on the data of China's foreign direct investment (FDI) and energy import from 2000 to 2014, this paper uses 3SLS method to test the relationship between them. The results show that, on the whole, there is a two-way causal relationship between China's foreign direct investment (FDI) and energy imports, but the interaction between FDI and energy imports is obvious to developing countries. However, the foreign direct investment only promotes the energy import, and the energy import has no significant influence on China's direct investment in the developed countries. Therefore, resource-seeking OFDI has become and should continue to be an important trend of China's foreign direct investment. Our government should further encourage state-owned enterprises to increase their direct investment in the field of energy exploitation in energy-rich countries. Emphasis should also be placed on strengthening investment in developed countries to obtain reverse technology spillovers.
