【摘要】：隨著國(guó)家"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的深入,海峽西岸沿海地區(qū)進(jìn)入新一輪快速發(fā)展階段。"工業(yè)補(bǔ)課"為主要模式的工業(yè)發(fā)展帶動(dòng)下,海西地區(qū)二產(chǎn)長(zhǎng)期占主導(dǎo)地位,且呈現(xiàn)出明顯的工業(yè)重型化特征。石化、火電等產(chǎn)業(yè)為主的沿海產(chǎn)業(yè)帶初具規(guī)模,資源推動(dòng)型、投資拉動(dòng)型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展特征明顯,導(dǎo)致生態(tài)用地占用、資源環(huán)境超載等環(huán)境問題凸顯。建議海西地區(qū)快速發(fā)展中,首先確定、維護(hù)好區(qū)域及城市的生態(tài)環(huán)境功能定位,以此作為促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)與環(huán)境保護(hù)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of Belt and Road's strategy, the coastal areas of the West Bank of the Straits have entered a new round of rapid development. " Driven by the industrial development, the secondary industry in Hercynian area has been dominated for a long time, and it has obvious industrial heavy-duty characteristics. Petrochemical, thermal power and other industries of coastal industrial belt take shape, resources driven, investment-driven economic development characteristics are obvious, resulting in ecological land occupation, resources and environmental overload and other environmental problems. It is suggested that in the rapid development of the Hercynian region, first of all, the ecological environment function of the region and the city should be maintained, which is the basis for promoting the harmonious development of economic, social and environmental protection.
