【摘要】：經(jīng)歷改革開放以來30多年的跨越式增長,中國經(jīng)濟建設(shè)取得了舉世矚目的成就。但與此同時,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理不高級、內(nèi)需外需及投資消費失衡、粗放式增長不可持續(xù)、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力薄弱等問題也日益凸顯。中國經(jīng)濟若要實現(xiàn)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,必須依靠轉(zhuǎn)型升級。而經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級需要大量的資金支持,需要資源的優(yōu)化配置,這就勢必要求金融體系發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵性作用。因此,研究中國經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級的金融支持作用,是我們面臨的重要課題。 本文首先基于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)論、金融發(fā)展論等理論,并結(jié)合當前我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,將經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級分解為第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)三個維度,將金融發(fā)展理解為金融總量擴張、金融結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和金融效率提升三個方面,從理論上分析了中國經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級的金融支持機理。其次,本文利用全國31省的面板數(shù)據(jù),分全國、沿海、內(nèi)陸三個樣本,運用協(xié)整檢驗和誤差修正模型,實證研究了金融對經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級的長期影響及短期影響。結(jié)果顯示：(1)金融總量的擴張有助于第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展以及城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)；(2)直接融資比例提升,在沿海地區(qū)能推動第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展及城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè),對高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展有抑制作用,在內(nèi)陸地區(qū)與第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展無相關(guān)性,對城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)有正面作用但影響較弱；(3)中長期貸款占比提升,對第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展在沿海地區(qū)具有負面影響,對高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展在內(nèi)陸地區(qū)具有負面影響,對城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)則在兩個地區(qū)均有顯著促進作用；(4)存貸比上升,在第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方面,長期和短期均產(chǎn)生了負面影響,在高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方面,長期有促進作用,短期無影響,在城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)方面,沿海地區(qū)長期有促進作用,內(nèi)陸地區(qū)長期呈負相關(guān)。所以,總的來看,我國金融總量的擴張是經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級的重要支撐,但金融結(jié)構(gòu)與金融效率方面則存在一定程度的抑制和扭曲。對此,文章最后提出了相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of leaps and bounds since the reform and opening up, China's economic construction has made remarkable achievements. But at the same time, the industrial structure is unreasonable, the domestic demand and investment and consumption are out of balance, the extensive growth is not sustainable, the technical innovation ability is weak and so on. If China's economy wants to achieve sustained and stable development, it must rely on transformation and upgrading. Economic transformation and upgrading need a large amount of capital support, need to optimize the allocation of resources, which is bound to require the financial system to play a key role. Therefore, the study of China's economic transformation and upgrading of the role of financial support, we are facing an important issue. Based on the theories of industrial structure theory, financial development theory and the current situation of China's economic development, this paper decomposes the economic transformation and upgrading into three dimensions: the development of tertiary industry, the development of high-tech industry and the construction of urbanization. The financial development is understood as the expansion of the total amount of finance, the optimization of the financial structure and the improvement of the financial efficiency. The financial support mechanism of China's economic transformation and upgrading is analyzed theoretically. Secondly, using the panel data of 31 provinces in China, this paper analyzes the long-term and short-term effects of finance on economic transformation and upgrading by using cointegration test and error correction model. The results show that the expansion of the total amount of finance contributes to the development of the tertiary industry, the development of high-tech industries and the construction of urbanization. The proportion of direct financing is increased, and the development of the tertiary industry and the construction of urbanization can be promoted in the coastal areas. It has a restraining effect on the development of high-tech industry, and has no correlation with the development of tertiary industry and high-tech industry in inland areas, but has a positive effect on the construction of urbanization, but has a weaker impact on the construction of urbanization. It has a negative impact on the development of the tertiary industry in the coastal areas, a negative impact on the development of high-tech industries in the inland areas, and a significant role in promoting urbanization in both regions. Both in the long run and in the short term, there are negative effects on the development of high-tech industries. In the construction of urbanization, the coastal areas have a long-term promoting role, while the inland areas have a long-term negative correlation. Therefore, in general, the expansion of China's total financial volume is an important support for economic transformation and upgrading, but the financial structure and financial efficiency are restrained and distorted to a certain extent. Finally, the article puts forward the relevant policy recommendations.
