【摘要】：針對(duì)我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)路線不明確、科技投入少等問(wèn)題,結(jié)合科技創(chuàng)新2030重大項(xiàng)目對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)和科學(xué)研究的引領(lǐng)與帶動(dòng)作用,提出積極推動(dòng)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)與科學(xué)研究的對(duì)接,積極培育新興產(chǎn)業(yè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)群,加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)和相關(guān)應(yīng)用科學(xué)研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)相互帶動(dòng)等具體措施。加快科技創(chuàng)新2030重大項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施,有利于我國(guó)加快趕超引領(lǐng)世界科技新方向,掌握新一輪全球科技競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的戰(zhàn)略主動(dòng),實(shí)現(xiàn)從跟跑并行到領(lǐng)跑的戰(zhàn)略性轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of unclear industrial technical route and less investment in science and technology in our country, combined with the leading and leading role of 2030 major projects in science and technology innovation to industry and scientific research, this paper proposes to actively promote the docking between related industries and scientific research. We should actively foster new industries and industrial clusters, strengthen basic science and related applied scientific research, and realize specific measures such as mutual driving. Speeding up the implementation of the 2030 major project of science and technology innovation will help our country to catch up with and lead the world in the new direction of science and technology, grasp the strategic initiative of a new round of global scientific and technological competition, and realize the strategic transformation from running parallel to leading the race.
