【摘要】：結(jié)合主成分分析方法確定了22個地級市型國家可持續(xù)發(fā)展實驗區(qū)創(chuàng)新能力指標權(quán)重,分析了各實驗區(qū)創(chuàng)新能力及其空間特征,并據(jù)此提出了相關(guān)建議:各實驗區(qū)創(chuàng)新能力差異比較大,蘇州市實驗區(qū)創(chuàng)新能力最強,較高創(chuàng)新能力得分的實驗區(qū)僅占27%,科技創(chuàng)新和社會和諧水平是提升可持續(xù)發(fā)展實驗區(qū)創(chuàng)新能力的兩個重要方面。由于創(chuàng)新要素投入的差異,東部地區(qū)實驗區(qū)的創(chuàng)新能力普遍高于中西部地區(qū),各實驗區(qū)創(chuàng)新能力在空間上存在正自相關(guān)的聚集分布特征。
[Abstract]:Combined with principal component analysis (PCA) method, the index weights of innovation ability of 22 prefecture-level national experimental areas for sustainable development are determined, and the innovation ability and its spatial characteristics of each experimental area are analyzed. Based on this, some suggestions are put forward: the innovation ability of each experimental area is quite different, and the innovation ability of Suzhou experimental area is the strongest. The experimental area with higher score of innovation ability is only 27, and the level of scientific and technological innovation and social harmony are two important aspects of promoting the innovation ability of the experimental area of sustainable development. Because of the difference of the input of innovation elements, the innovation ability of the experimental area in the eastern region is generally higher than that in the central and western regions, and the innovation ability of each experimental area has the positive autocorrelation characteristics of aggregation distribution in space.
