【摘要】：我國勾勒并付諸實踐的全方位對外開放新格局,重點在于自貿(mào)區(qū)戰(zhàn)略和"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略,兩大國家戰(zhàn)略同中有異。金融規(guī)制權(quán)不是單一的權(quán)力或權(quán)利,而是放置不同層面承載不同內(nèi)涵的法權(quán)。從金融規(guī)制權(quán)的角度和視角解讀自貿(mào)區(qū)戰(zhàn)略與"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的對接和融合,更有利于推動我國對外開放進(jìn)程:提升我國國際金融規(guī)制權(quán),對接兩大國家對外開放戰(zhàn)略;抓好我國金融市場開放節(jié)奏,融合兩大國家對外開放戰(zhàn)略;改革我國國內(nèi)金融監(jiān)管方式,整合兩大國家對外開放戰(zhàn)略;推動我國自律金融規(guī)制發(fā)展,服務(wù)兩大國家對外開放戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:The strategy of China ' s international financial regulation is not a single power or right , but it is more conducive to the opening of China ' s international financial regulation and the integration of the two big countries to the outside world . The reform of China ' s domestic financial supervision system and the integration of the two large countries ' opening strategy are also conducive to the development of our country ' s domestic financial regulation and the integration of the two large countries to the outside world .
