【摘要】：2016年后,兩岸經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系制度化協(xié)商進(jìn)程中斷,兩岸經(jīng)濟(jì)合作框架協(xié)議的若干后續(xù)協(xié)議無法簽署或生效,雖然有偶然性的具體原因,但從全球范圍來看,該現(xiàn)象既是全球性"逆一體化"背景下的產(chǎn)物,本身也是兩岸關(guān)系中"逆一體化"的表現(xiàn)。政治一體化與經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化如果能夠同步推進(jìn),二者可以形成良性的正反饋。現(xiàn)實(shí)的情況是,經(jīng)濟(jì)影響是全面的,政治投票卻是局部的。局部范圍內(nèi)相對(duì)占優(yōu)的選票決定了政權(quán)與政黨的政策取向,形成對(duì)一體化具有現(xiàn)實(shí)阻力的"逆一體化"力量。"逆一體化"現(xiàn)象是隨著兩岸經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的迅速推進(jìn)開始出現(xiàn)的,兩岸經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化過程中利益相對(duì)受損的島內(nèi)民眾的"逆一體化"傾向是產(chǎn)生該現(xiàn)象的重要原因。
[Abstract]:After 2016, the negotiation process of the institutionalization of economic relations between the two sides of the Straits was interrupted, and several follow-up agreements of the economic cooperation framework agreement between the two sides of the Straits could not be signed or entered into force. Although there were occasional specific reasons, the phenomenon was not only the product of the global "inverse integration", but also a manifestation of "reverse integration" in the cross-straits relations. If the political integration and economic integration can be promoted synchronously, the two can form positive positive feedback. The reality is that the economic impact is comprehensive and the political voting is partial. The relative dominant votes in the local area determine the policy orientation of the political power and the political party, and the "inverse integration" force of the integration has realistic resistance. The phenomenon of "inverse integration" is beginning to emerge with the rapid economic integration of the two sides of the Straits. The "reverse integration" tendency of the people in the island in the process of economic integration is an important reason for the phenomenon.
