【摘要】：良好的投資環(huán)境是外商投資目標(biāo)區(qū)域的前提條件,也是區(qū)域吸引外資的必備條件。近年來(lái),江西省外商投資增長(zhǎng)迅速,位于中部地區(qū)前列,但與長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)各省(市)相比,差距依然較大。這種差距主要源自于江西省投資環(huán)境和對(duì)比省份投資環(huán)境的差異,為此,優(yōu)化自身投資環(huán)境是江西省進(jìn)一步吸引外商投資的根本途徑。在優(yōu)化投資環(huán)境之前,必須對(duì)區(qū)域投資環(huán)境進(jìn)行客觀評(píng)價(jià)。 基于此,本文結(jié)合區(qū)域投資環(huán)境理論,對(duì)區(qū)域投資環(huán)境的分類(lèi)、構(gòu)成要素、理論基礎(chǔ)和評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行詳細(xì)地分析、概括和總結(jié)。同時(shí),考慮現(xiàn)階段區(qū)域投資環(huán)境的發(fā)展需求,遵照相關(guān)原則,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)涵蓋5維36個(gè)操作指標(biāo)的區(qū)域投資環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,涉及經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、場(chǎng)效應(yīng)、社會(huì)服務(wù)和自然環(huán)境五個(gè)方面。此外,選擇因子分析法作為區(qū)域投資環(huán)境的評(píng)價(jià)方法,并對(duì)其基本原理、基本步驟和擬合檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了概述。 依據(jù)本文所構(gòu)建的區(qū)域投資環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用SPSS17.0軟件,對(duì)江西省投資環(huán)境進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。具體分為兩個(gè)過(guò)程：一是比較2006-2011年江西省與中部地區(qū)其他五省的投資環(huán)境,分析江西省投資環(huán)境在中部六省中所處的位置；二是比較2006-2011年江西省與長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)的投資環(huán)境,比較和分析江西省與東部沿海發(fā)達(dá)省份的差距。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明：江西省整體投資環(huán)境處于中部地區(qū)中游水平,但與長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)差距顯著：與中部地區(qū)其他省份相比,江西省在對(duì)外開(kāi)放水平和場(chǎng)效應(yīng)方面具有比較優(yōu)勢(shì),但基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和社會(huì)服務(wù)環(huán)境處于劣勢(shì)；與長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)各省(市)相比,江西省在經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、場(chǎng)效環(huán)境、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和社會(huì)服務(wù)四個(gè)方面,均處于絕對(duì)劣勢(shì)。針對(duì)實(shí)證分析的結(jié)果,對(duì)優(yōu)化江西省投資環(huán)境提出相關(guān)對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:A good investment environment is a prerequisite for foreign investment target areas, and also a prerequisite for attracting foreign investment.In recent years, foreign investment in Jiangxi Province has grown rapidly and is in the forefront of the central region, but compared with the provinces (cities) in the Yangtze River Delta region, the gap is still large.This gap is mainly derived from the difference between the investment environment of Jiangxi Province and the investment environment of different provinces. Therefore, optimizing the investment environment of Jiangxi Province is the fundamental way to attract foreign investment further in Jiangxi Province.Before optimizing the investment environment, the regional investment environment must be evaluated objectively.Based on this, this paper, based on the theory of regional investment environment, analyzes, generalizes and summarizes the classification, constituent elements, theoretical basis and evaluation methods of regional investment environment in detail.At the same time, considering the development needs of the regional investment environment at the present stage, in accordance with the relevant principles, a regional investment environment evaluation index system covering 36 operational indicators in 5 dimensions is constructed, which involves the economic environment, infrastructure, and field effects.Five aspects of social service and natural environment.In addition, factor analysis is selected as the evaluation method of regional investment environment, and its basic principle, basic steps and fitting test are summarized.According to the evaluation index system of regional investment environment, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the investment environment in Jiangxi Province by using SPSS17.0 software.It is divided into two processes: one is to compare the investment environment between Jiangxi Province and the other five provinces in the central region from 2006 to 2011, and the other is to analyze the position of the investment environment of Jiangxi Province in the six central provinces, and the other is to compare the investment environment between Jiangxi Province and the Yangtze River Delta region from 2006 to 2011.To compare and analyze the gap between Jiangxi Province and the eastern coastal developed provinces.The empirical results show that the overall investment environment of Jiangxi Province is in the middle reaches of the central region, but there is a significant difference between Jiangxi Province and the Yangtze River Delta region. Compared with other provinces in the central region, Jiangxi Province has comparative advantages in the level of opening up and the field effect.Compared with the provinces (cities) of Yangtze River Delta, Jiangxi Province is at an absolute disadvantage in four aspects: economic environment, field effect environment, infrastructure and social service.According to the results of empirical analysis, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the investment environment in Jiangxi Province.
