【摘要】：深刻認識普惠金融與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,對于實現(xiàn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、建設全面小康社會具有重要的理論意義。本文基于金融功能理論的視角,指出傳統(tǒng)金融機構的功能缺失加劇了區(qū)域金融的失衡及區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展差異,然后從普惠金融的目標客戶定位、便利清算和支付結(jié)算、信息透明、高效聚集和分配資源等方面研究其金融功能,從而揭示普惠金融如何惠及弱勢地區(qū)與人群、助力中小企業(yè)發(fā)展、消除貧困、促進金融公平,并由此推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在機制。
[Abstract]:It is of great theoretical significance to realize the harmonious development of regional economy and to build a well-off society in an all-round way by deeply understanding the internal relationship between inclusive finance and regional economic coordinated development. It is pointed out that the lack of function of traditional financial institutions exacerbates the imbalance of regional finance and the development difference of regional economy, and then from the target customer orientation of inclusive finance, it facilitates clearing and payment and settlement, and the information is transparent. In order to reveal how inclusive finance can benefit vulnerable areas and people, help small and medium-sized enterprises to develop, eradicate poverty and promote financial equity, the paper studies its financial function in terms of efficient aggregation and allocation of resources. And thus promote the coordination of regional economic development of the internal mechanism.
