內蒙古能源消費與產業(yè)結構實證研究

【摘要】:中國的發(fā)展問題一直是世界關注的重大課題,中國經濟的發(fā)展及其發(fā)展方式對中國人民的生活方式和人民福祉會產生重大影響。內蒙古是中國西部重要的能源基地和工業(yè)基地,一直以來內蒙古豐富的能源儲量是中國能源供應安全的重要保障,同時也造成了內蒙古主要依靠能源產業(yè)發(fā)展的經濟結構和與之相配套的能源工業(yè)和重工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,這種單一的經濟結構發(fā)展模式在帶動經濟快速發(fā)展的同時,造成了能源消費量大、經濟結構發(fā)展不均衡和生態(tài)環(huán)境污染較大的發(fā)展局面。長此以往,將會對經濟、社會、環(huán)境的可持續(xù)發(fā)展帶來不利影響,因此協(xié)調好內蒙古經濟發(fā)展與能源消費的關系問題意義重大且任務迫切。 論文分析了內蒙古能源消費總量以及能源消費結構的狀況,分析發(fā)現(xiàn):近年來內蒙古能源消費總量增長快速,內蒙古的能源消費結構中煤炭所占比重一直較大,而天然氣、風能和太陽能等清潔能源所占比重較小,能源消費結構不合理。論文分析了內蒙古經濟發(fā)展狀況及其產業(yè)結構狀況,分析發(fā)現(xiàn):內蒙古經濟結構中第二產業(yè)發(fā)展較快,第二產業(yè)在國民經濟發(fā)展中具有舉足輕重的地位,第一產業(yè)發(fā)展較平穩(wěn),第三產業(yè)的發(fā)展增速較慢,,還有很大的增長空間,內蒙古產業(yè)結構有待進一步的優(yōu)化調整。 論文構建了內蒙古能源消費與產業(yè)結構數(shù)學模型。模型分析發(fā)現(xiàn):內蒙古能源消費對第二產業(yè)的發(fā)展的影響最大,第三產業(yè)次之,對第一產業(yè)的影響最小。內蒙古能源政策的制定和調整會對第二產業(yè)的發(fā)展和國民經濟的發(fā)展造成較大影響。通過對內蒙古能源消費和產業(yè)結構預測研究得出:如果按照當前的發(fā)展模式和發(fā)展速度,不采取有效的經濟政策和產業(yè)政策引導,內蒙古能源消費總量將會保持持續(xù)快速增長的趨勢,能源消費結構依然會保持煤炭長期為主的狀況,產業(yè)結構中第二產業(yè)偏重的局面短時間內也不會改觀,完成“十二五”規(guī)劃要求的能源消耗強度下降的任務目標壓力較大,能源消費結構和產業(yè)結構有待進一步的優(yōu)化調整。內蒙古可以通過調整和優(yōu)化產業(yè)結構來優(yōu)化能源消費結構,實現(xiàn)經濟、社會和環(huán)境的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The issue of China's development has always been a major issue of concern to the world. The development of China's economy and its way of development will have a major impact on the way of life and well-being of the Chinese people. Inner Mongolia is an important energy and industrial base in the western part of China. The abundant energy reserves in Inner Mongolia have long been an important guarantee for the security of China's energy supply. At the same time, it has also resulted in the rapid development of the energy industry and heavy industry, which mainly depends on the economic structure of the development of the energy industry in Inner Mongolia. This single pattern of economic structure development not only drives the rapid development of economy, but also creates a development situation in which energy consumption is large, economic structure is not balanced and ecological environment is polluted. In the long run, it will be beneficial to the economy and society. The sustainable development of environment brings adverse effects, so it is of great significance and urgent task to coordinate the relationship between economic development and energy consumption in Inner Mongolia. This paper analyzes the total energy consumption and the energy consumption structure in Inner Mongolia, and finds out that the total energy consumption in Inner Mongolia has increased rapidly in recent years, the proportion of coal in the energy consumption structure of Inner Mongolia has been large, while the natural gas has been the main source of energy consumption in Inner Mongolia. The proportion of clean energy, such as wind energy and solar energy, is small and the structure of energy consumption is unreasonable. This paper analyzes the economic development and industrial structure of Inner Mongolia, and finds that the secondary industry develops rapidly in the economic structure of Inner Mongolia. The secondary industry plays an important role in the development of the national economy. The development of the primary industry is relatively stable, the growth rate of the tertiary industry is relatively slow, and there is still a lot of room for growth. The industrial structure of Inner Mongolia needs to be further optimized and adjusted. The paper constructs a mathematical model of energy consumption and industrial structure in Inner Mongolia. The model analysis shows that the energy consumption in Inner Mongolia has the greatest influence on the development of the secondary industry, followed by the tertiary industry. The formulation and adjustment of energy policy in Inner Mongolia will have a great impact on the development of the secondary industry and the development of the national economy. Through the research on the forecast of energy consumption and industrial structure in Inner Mongolia, it is concluded that:. If, according to the current development model and pace of development, Without effective economic and industrial policy guidance, the total amount of energy consumption in Inner Mongolia will maintain a sustained and rapid growth trend, and the energy consumption structure will remain dominated by coal for a long time. The situation of the secondary industry being biased in the industrial structure will not change in a short period of time. The task of reducing the intensity of energy consumption required by the 12th Five-Year Plan is under great pressure. Energy consumption structure and industrial structure need to be further optimized and adjusted. Inner Mongolia can optimize energy consumption structure by adjusting and optimizing industrial structure to realize sustainable and healthy development of economy, society and environment.
