【摘要】：近十年以來,中國(guó)創(chuàng)新政策體系已經(jīng)基本形成,為創(chuàng)新發(fā)展?fàn)I造了良好的環(huán)境,但是也存在各種問題阻礙了創(chuàng)新政策的發(fā)展,同時(shí)存在著創(chuàng)新政策盲點(diǎn)。為適應(yīng)新形勢(shì)的發(fā)展,創(chuàng)新政策體系還要在構(gòu)建鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)新的社會(huì)環(huán)境、激發(fā)全社會(huì)創(chuàng)新活力等方面不斷完善,實(shí)現(xiàn)建設(shè)國(guó)家創(chuàng)新體系的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, China's innovation policy system has been basically formed, which has created a good environment for innovation development, but there are also various problems that hinder the development of innovation policy, and at the same time, there are blind spots of innovation policy. In order to realize the goal of building a national innovation system, the innovation policy system should be perfected in the construction of social environment to encourage innovation and stimulate the vitality of innovation in the whole society.
