【摘要】：任何經(jīng)濟(jì)體的制度體系都可細(xì)分為基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度與非基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度兩個子體系。基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度體系既決定整個經(jīng)濟(jì)制度體系也決定非基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度體系。因此,把握基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度體系的狀況尤其重要。既然如此,如何衡量基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度體系是了解基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度體系發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度體系在整個經(jīng)濟(jì)制度體系中地位、功能和作用的關(guān)鍵。該文試圖從發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、環(huán)境與功能三個維度構(gòu)建基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度的指標(biāo)體系,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度指數(shù),以觀測基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度演進(jìn)趨勢及其客觀規(guī)律。為驗(yàn)證此指標(biāo)體系與指數(shù)的科學(xué)性和實(shí)用性,該文用中國改革開放以來的基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行測算,結(jié)果證明,所構(gòu)建的指標(biāo)體系和指數(shù)能夠反映基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度實(shí)際情況,進(jìn)而也能預(yù)測基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度的未來趨勢。
[Abstract]:The institutional system of any economy can be subdivided into two sub-systems: the basic economic system and the non-basic economic system. The basic economic system determines the whole economic system as well as the non-basic economic system. It is particularly important to grasp the state of the basic economic system. In that case, how to measure the basic economic system is to understand the development of the basic economic system and the status of the basic economic system in the whole economic system, This paper attempts to construct the index system of basic economic system from the three dimensions of development, environment and function, and then construct the index of basic economic system. In order to verify the scientificity and practicability of the index system and index, this paper uses the relevant data of the basic economic system since the reform and opening up of China to measure the evolution trend and objective law of the basic economic system. The results show that the index system and the index are scientific and practical. The index system and index can reflect the actual situation of the basic economic system and then predict the future trend of the basic economic system.
